We are so glad that you enjoyed our beachfront condo with the amazing views of the gulf and sunsets. We do not require our guests to do any type of cleaning, but simply ask them to dispose of all opened food/drink (as we donate all usable items to a local charity), gather all used towels and place in the washer and start the dishwasher. We are so lucky to have a majority of wonderful and respectful guests, who return year after year, that leave it in such wonderful condition.

We are so glad that you and your family had a wonderful stay at our condo! We definitely try to provide every amenity possible for our guests. Your stay was over the Christmas/New Year holiday time and it certainly is a festive time of year. Many of our guests enjoy the location of the condo with its close proximity to many restaurants, shops and casual outdoor dining that sometimes offer music. The island has a very strict noise ordinance which limits how loud music can be and no music is allowed after 10pm. We will make every effort possible to make sure our guests have a wonderful stay!

We are so glad that you enjoyed the location of our condo and appreciated how clean it was and enjoyed the amenities we provide. The units in this complex are owned and managed by different companies. We all have different rental policies and obviously you didn't read our policies or the Rental agreement that you acknowledged prior to reserving our unit. Apparently you aren't aware of the dangers of mold and that you can't just have cleaners "treat or clean" mold. We participate in programs to donate stays to organizations such as Pediatric Cancer Foundation and Wounded Warriors and maintain high standards for a clean environment. You are not welcome at any of our properties due to the damages you caused and the filthy condition you left our property in.

We do appreciate you mentioning many of the great qualities of our beautiful, beach front condo. When you originally inquired about our property and mentioned that you were looking for a "secluded, quiet, beach house, I contacted you to respectfully decline your request. I explained to you that this was a condo in a building with 7 others and located in the middle of Bradenton Beach close to restaurants, shops and a small bar that sometimes has live music. You are a seasoned traveler, you had read the reviews, viewed the location on various maps and insisted that you wanted to reserve our unit. Prior to you making your reservation, you were made aware of our rental guidelines and acknowledged that you accepted them. Maintaining proper humidity levels is vital to protect our million dollar beach front condo. You may have only been there for a week, but this is our home and investment for a lifetime. You continuously had a lack of respect for our property and our rental guidelines during your stay which resulted in damage to our unit and several hundred dollars in repairs and an inconvenience to our next guests. Most of our wonderful guests are very respectful and do not have any issues with the door sensors because they understand the importance of them or they simply respect the rental guidelines. We have breathable, allergy protectors on our mattresses, but they are not plastic/vinyl ones. We believe you were uncomfortable sleeping because you left the doors and windows open resulting in humidity levels of over 85% - that is sure to make you feel sticky and uncomfortable. We have a large patio overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean and that is a great place, beside the actual beach that you can enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean. The sounds from vehicles and live music are minimal from inside.....when you keep the doors and windows closed. If anyone reading this has any concerns or questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me.
