This beautiful location on the river is very quiet and private. The home is beautifully decorated and super clean. Shopping, restaurants and activities are all close by. The buggy ride on the dunes is awesome. The forest surrounding this home is thick and lush making a daily visit to the hot tub a real pleasure. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect little hideaway oasis for us. The location was not too far from town. It was very peaceful and had some beautiful flowers out front. I appreciated the quick communication and guidance on how to get into the cottage. Inside you had everything you needed. It was super clean, extra towels and soaps, and the air conditioner worked well. The beds were comfy too. Highly recommend staying here. It really was great!! Thank you!!!

The property was very nice. There were no instructions about what to do upon departure.We kept adjusting the temperature but it kept changing. Instructions on how to enter the property were very good although we didn't receive said instructions, or address, until the afternoon before we left, which made me a little nervous. The property was spacious and we were very comfortable.

Nice get away, comfy house, noisy house

We really enjoyed our stay overall and the hottub was great with a nice view and the beach was <3 minute drive away.

There's a reason we came back - it's such a lovely, private, quiet place. Everything was perfect and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

Had a great time, second time there. Great washer and dryer. Nice big bed in master, great to have 2 bathrooms. Beautiful view of the lake. Needs newer set of non stick pans but they worked ok.

We had a great stay, such a beautiful area, nice and private, beautiful view of the lake. The home was clean and comfortable. Our only feedback would be for better stocked kitchen, such as knives and cooking utensils. We'd book this house again!

Perfect home base for the Florence area

We had plans to hike Cape Perpetua Saturday, and kayak the Siltcoos canoe trail on Sunday so the home worked out great for us.

Wonderful little getaway

We really enjoyed this house on the lake with the hot tub. It was super clean, wonderful location. Now we have a hot tub on order! Thank you for sharing your home. It was perfect for us. We highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.

Loved the house, so clean! Was easy to get ahold of the manager for any questions. Very private property, was nice. Comfortable home, we’ll be back! Loved the roomy parking also.

Beautiful clean rental

Private and cozy

My best friend and I rent a house once a year to reconnect and relax. This place was perfect for that. The property is green and beautiful, sitting right on the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub in a misty rain, played ping pong, sat on the deck, and watched movies on the comfy couch. The house contained all we needed to cook and everything was clean. 1 mile from the beach and just a short drive to some great restaurants in old town. Great place!

What a wonderful stay!

Such a lovely, private, tranquil place! Sparkling clean on arrival, we felt at home right away. Ideally located, there’s plenty to do nearby and local shopping and dining made meals stress-free. The host was extremely responsive, everything was ready upon our arrival and the entire stay was perfect. The house itself is in a great location; sitting on the back patio looking out over the lake is sure to lower your blood pressure. The neighbors are nicely screened by the foliage, so it feels very private. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet home but still want to be near lots of activities, this is it. We’re already planning our return!

Beautiful home

We loved this house! The location was great and the furnishings were wonderful. The only problem we had was when we checked in the housekeeper had not been there to clean after the last guests. We had to call management and get someone to come clean the house. It was inconvenient and not the best start to our vacation.

Great place for the most part!

It's a very nice house. It is a great location on the lake, situated well between town and the beach. Apart from a few small issues, we really enjoyed our stay. We would have taken the boat onto the lake, but couldn't find a place to launch it safely. We had was a shortage of towels. While there were several hand towels and washcloths in each bathroom, there was only one full-sized bath towel in each (two total). Since there were four of us, we were a little short. More full-sized towels would be great! Another issue was the kitchen trashcan. It is TINY. We had to empty it frequently. Also, the outside trashcan was out near the street and was full. I assume there were other guests there just before us, and the trash was due to be picked up on our last day, though it hadn't been by the time we left. It could be that it was just bad timing, but I think just having a bigger kitchen trashcan might help with the situation some. Lastly, while it wasn't really an 'issue,' we thought that the addition of a recliner or some kind of living chair would be great to have in the big empty space in the living room. We made due, but it was a little crowded on the couch while watching TV. Just a thought! The property owner sent us check-in and check-out instructions, and was quick to respond with answers to additional questions. Overall, we had a lovely time and would consider this property again in the future!

This is a beautiful place. Better than the pictures. Has everything you want. Lots of outdoor space. Lake is beautiful, especially in the morning. Everything in the house is very nice. Beds were great. We would love to come back.
