Steam rises from the hot tub, drifting into the cold evening while the glow from the indoor fireplace begins to draw everyone back inside. This is a space designed for unhurried moments together - a private retreat where you can settle in, warm up, and enjoy the mountain atmosphere at your own pace.
The Space
Set within Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this three-level home is connected by a private elevator and arranged with both gathering and privacy in mind. Up to 14 guests can settle comfortably, with generous communal areas balanced by well-separated bedroom suites and multiple bathrooms throughout. Forest surroundings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring in the winter landscape, creating a calm backdrop for time spent indoors after days on the mountain.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms span the home. The primary suite features its own fireplace, a walk-through closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, the bunk room offers two queen-sized bunk beds along with a TV, game console, and a bathroom with a double vanity. A nearby powder room adds extra flexibility for larger groups.
Living spaces
The main living area centers around an indoor fireplace and expansive windows framing the surrounding forest and mountain views. After time on the slopes, you can gather here or head to the media and games room, complete with a cinema system and an adjoining billiards room with a wet bar. Multiple TVs and wifi support work or entertainment, and a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot when needed.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers ample room for preparing meals together, supported by a separate butler kitchen for added convenience. A breakfast bar seats six for relaxed mornings, while the dining table accommodates fourteen, creating a natural space for winter dinners that stretch into the evening.
Outdoor living
A private outdoor pool and private hot tub are available year-round, offering warm, steamy contrast to the cold mountain air. The patio includes a fire pit, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ grill. Though winter may shift the focus away from outdoor meals, the fire pit and hot tub create inviting ways to enjoy the snowy setting.
Practical details
Features include heating, a ductless split AC system, portable fans, in-suite laundry, a mudroom with ski racks and boot warmers, a private entrance, and free parking in the garage. Safety essentials such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided.
Neighborhood
A short walk leads to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting you to Creekside Village for dining and ski access. The home offers ski access seasonally, depending on snow conditions, with terrain most suitable for intermediate skiers.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
•Note on Amenities: Please note the pool is not currently heated; however, the hot tub is working perfectly! Our current pricing has been discounted to compensate for this change.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
