Sleeping arrangements
Eight ensuite bedrooms offer space for up to twenty guests, creating a comfortable setting for families and groups. On the main level, six bedrooms feature a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own private step-in shower and single vanity. A powder room with a shower sits conveniently near the hot tub area. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms continue the ensuite layout with one king and one queen bed, providing privacy and comfort throughout.

Living spaces
The open-plan living area is designed for gathering after a day outdoors, featuring large sofas, a cushioned bay bench, and a gas fireplace. A wall-mounted TV and Sonos speakers make it easy to enjoy movies or music together, while the separate home cinema room with an 80" smart TV, surround sound, and tiered seating creates the perfect setting for cozy film nights.

The chef’s kitchen is well equipped with a 48" Viking range, double refrigerators, and double dishwashers to make group cooking effortless. Cooking basics and appliances are provided so you can prepare meals together, then gather around the 18-foot dining table that seats eighteen guests, sharing stories over hearty winter dinners in the heart of the home.

Outdoor living
Step onto the second-floor balcony and take in the mountain views while grilling on one of the two built-in BBQs. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for two vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

It offers quick driving access to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants, and is close to Lost Lake Park and the Valley Trail for year-round outdoor activities. • Automatic timers. The outdoor lights, music, and hot tub will automatically switch off at 10 pm

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
