You wake to stillness and alpine air, gather with your group as the fire glows nearby, and end the day easing into the hot tub while the forest holds the silence of winter.
Set high above the valley in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this entire home offers a calm, elevated retreat with seasonal ski-in ski-out access and wide mountain views. Expansive windows and a soaring cathedral ceiling bring the landscape indoors, creating a sense of connection to the surrounding slopes and trees. Whistler Village is a 10-minute drive away, while Creekside is reached via a four-minute ride on the private neighborhood gondola.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. The remaining bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, all with their own ensuite bathrooms and TVs. A seventh bedroom offers a single bed, a crib, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and bathtub combination, making it well suited for families traveling with younger guests.
Living areas
The main level is designed for time together. A comfortable lounge centers on a fireplace, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and mountain scenery. Nearby, the dining table seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The open kitchen is equipped for shared meals and relaxed mornings, and the double-height ceiling fills the space with natural light even on snowy days.
Entertainment and relaxation
After a day outdoors, the media room invites you to unwind with a TV, fireplace, seating area, and table tennis. A dedicated gym provides space to keep up your routine, while the lower covered deck is home to the hot tub and outdoor firepit, offering a warm contrast to crisp winter evenings.
Outdoor living
Decks on multiple levels extend the living space into the forested surroundings, with outdoor seating and a BBQ available. The setting feels private and quiet, with views stretching across the valley and surrounding ridgelines.
Neighborhood
Kadenwood sits approximately 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, combining seclusion with convenient access. Ski-out access is located about 200 meters from the home, with ski-in access available seasonally depending on snowfall and conditions.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
