The living area is spacious flowing through to a modern kitchen with an induction stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer, and all of the modern convenience you will need. The property is big enough for a family or a great getaway for couples alike.

Golden Beach is protected from ocean swell and enjoys calm tranquil waters all year round. The beach is popular with families, fisherpeople, and stand-up paddleboarders. When the wind picks up a little it is a favorite spot for kite surfers and windsurfers alike. There is a footpath that runs the length of the Esplanade extending north to Moffat Beach and south to Bells Creek boat ramp. This footpath is frequented by a number of walkers/runners in the early mornings and afternoons, with cyclists also enjoying the vehicle-free route to some of the best beaches the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Iowa Vues is conveniently located within walking distance to a number of fantastic cafes including Cafe Sicily, Earth Espresso Bar, The Real Grocer, and the Bean Shack to name a few. The local IGA is 650m down the Esplanade, flanked by all of the beautiful cafes, Italian restaurants, fish and chips, a bakery, and a local medical precinct. Slightly to the north, there is both motorised and non-motorised water sports hire if you are looking for an outside adventure during your stay.
