In idealer Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten vom schönen Moffat Beach und seinen vielen Cafés und Restaurants entfernt, ist dieses frisch renovierte Strandhaus der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Mit einer schönen großen Terrasse und einem vollständig eingezäunten Garten ist das Anwesen für Familien und Haustiere geeignet. Das Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist klimatisiert und verfügt über eine geräumige Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Veranda. Alle Geräte sind brandneu, einschließlich des Grills. Der große Garten bietet eine schöne Rasenfläche, die Sie mit der Familie oder mit Freunden genießen können.

Die Landspitze von Moffat Beach ist ein bekannter Surfspot. Tooway Creek läuft auch zum Strand und ist ein sanfter und sicherer Ort für Kinder zum Schwimmen. Ein Hundestrand ohne Leine ist der nächste Strand im Norden. Der Park vor dem Strand hat große Rasenflächen, schattige Bäume und mehrere Spielplätze für Kinder und ist ein perfekter Ort zum Mittagessen.

Die Strände Shelly und Kings sind ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und das lokale Geschäftszentrum, die Caloundra High Street, erreichen Sie in nur 2 Fahrminuten.

Amazing place in paradise

We stayed for a week and loved the property, it had everything we needed and more. A short stroll to cafes and a beautiful beach. We also loved that we were able to bring our dogs away too. Would love to stay again

Best place ever!

The property has everything needed to be self sufficient and the huge back deck was a bonus! We spent most of the time when we were ‘home’ out back. Location is close to all and we had a brilliant time. Highly recommend this property to all.

OK place to stay.

The home was well equipped & stocked with everything needed. All very clean & presentable. Small TV just a basic one no smart free-view. REMOTE DIDNT WORK PROPERLY ON TV Need a NEW ONE one, and batteries were flat & new ones didn’t get it working right either. Had lots of problems which was a shame when at night we wanted to relax & watch the TV it was such a hastle. Location isn’t good as had to drive in off a very busy road & open gates first with back of car sticking out. Same busy situation reversing out as you couldn’t turn around inside the gates. Apart from that we had a good stay.

Great place to stay

Loved our short break here. The photos don’t do it justice - this is a lovely beach home with a modern renovation. Two minute drive or a fifteen minute stroll to many beaches and the Caloundra shopping area. Great all around.

Wonderful place! Had a lovely time. The only thing that was not like in the pictures was the BBQ...Was expecting the grid style BBQ not a plate and also considered using the pizza oven which was non existing, but all in all a great spot with a lovely covered outside area which was wonderful when it rained

Absolute bliss!

The house was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 10 days and were so sad to leave! It was private which was a huge tick for us as a family and loved the outdoor deck at the back - we spent most of our time out there, was very relaxing! A little oasis close to all

We were very happy with our stay at this wonderful Moffat Beach cottage. We were five minutes to anything, and even though it was situated on a fairly main road, you wouldn’t know- the home was very private, and there was very little road noise. The property was very thoughtfully landscaped, making it feel secluded whilst welcoming lots of wildlife. The home itself was very well appointed with everything we could need and more. We will definitely book again.

Lovely property

Staying for a sporting event, the house was in a great location and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back as a family when we dont have the sporting commitments so we can enjoy the outside deck and yard. Will also bring the dog next time! A Little Piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moffat Beach. The house was close to everything we needed and the backyard was perfect for the kids. The property was well equipped, new, fresh and a perfect little beach house. We thought the area was lovely and it was a beautiful location to take a small family. The only drawback was that Maltman Rd is busy but the house and garden were so relaxing and the yard was fully fenced that it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay there again. Great house, great location

We had a great time, the house layout was perfect for our needs: bedroom with ensuite was for the oldies and the family of 4 had the other room and used the main bathroom. Perfect! Kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed. Kid friendly beach was walking distance. We were first timers and nervous, owner communicated well and reassured and everything was as he said it would be...Thanks heaps Matthew!

Excellent Accommodation

Went with a friend and we had a restorative and restful time, away from the stresses of life. Nice perk, I was able to bring my dog Nike. The layout of the unit was exceptional and the back veranda was a real plus. It was rainy the first few days but not a problem with the roof on veranda. Then we had a few days of sunshine. The property manager was responsive in answering queries and was pleasant and helpful. The street is a very busy one however, so good to know ahead of time. My dog did not like to walk on that Main Street, but side streets are more manageable. I noticed that people of the area are very friendly which was nice. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. We each had our own bedroom and we did not have to share a bathroom which gave us ample privacy. The unit is also quite attractive with beautiful wood floors. The kitchen is modern and the stove is an induction type, so a little bit more complicated to get the knack. Good advice to read up on how to use. There is the induction stove top and an oven. Plus there is a microwave in the bottom of a separate cupboard next to the kitchen cupboards. We only found it when we were leaving. Also there is enough outside area for a dog to roam and lovely trees surround the yard and all fenced in. We even stayed an extra night. There is the fenced parking area for your vehicle, but it is a good idea to park near the grass area in the front and backed closer to the gate, since the birds will poop on the vehicle.
