Everything you will need for perfect and memorable vacation has been considered and provided at 131 Grand Pavilion. The first item needed to make a vacation perfect is an ocean front view. From 131 Grand Pavilion you will find ocean front views from the living area and two bedrooms, as well as the two oceanfront decks.

Next you need entertainment for a perfect vacation. Located on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, your family will find two ocean front swimming pools, beach café and bar, ice cream shop and beach shop all steps away from 131 Grand Pavilion. Nightly and weekend entertainment can often be found on the Boardwalk during the Summer Season, so your family can shag the night away or listen to the beat of a steel drum band.

Finally, to make the perfect vacation you need wonderful accommodations. Originally, designed as a small bed and breakfast, 131 Grand Pavilion has plenty of room for your family. Each bedroom features new solid surface flooring, a full bath, HVAC control, and smart television. Bedding includes two king beds and four queen beds. With many new enhancements, the kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the first level and provide a comfortable location for your family to gather and share their many experiences at the beach. Once the stories have ended, everyone can enjoy the large flat screen television or head back to the beach for an evening filled with fun looking for sand crabs or maybe sand dollars.

The Grand Pavilion Boardwalk is the heart of Wild Dunes and is used (based on season) as a venue for special events hosted by the Hyatt Catering Team. Where a schedule is not available to the public, Wild Dunes is required to have a swimming pool available for guest access at all times. Just like the Sirens tempted the sailors of old, 131 Grand Pavilion will entice you to stay forever on the Isle of Palms.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
