In der gesamten Wohnung finden Sie neue Farbe, glatte Decken und zusätzliche Beleuchtung. Die Küche hat neue Farbe, Edelstahlgeräte und Fliesenboden. Sie haben zwei Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Einer ist ein Tisch für vier Personen in der Küchenecke, während der andere zwischen dem Wohnzimmer und der Küche mit einem brandneuen Esstisch für sechs Personen und zwei zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen an der Bar liegt. Das professionell abgestimmte Wohnzimmer ist einfach umwerfend mit zwei neuen Drehstühlen, die als Gesprächsstoff oder als Blick auf das Meer dienen können.

Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Meerblick und neue Möbel für beide Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Spacious and comfortable

Nice place! Great location!

This property was great! The location, the well stocked kitchen, the square footage and the lay out was nearly perfect for our family + friends. One suggestion would be to replace the king mattress, or add a comfortable topper, in the bedroom with the biggest bathroom & closet.

Beautiful condo, perfect location

Our stay was amazing! The condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and spacious. It is right on ocean so it is perfect for anyone who likes to take walks on beach, hang out on beach. Pool was great and was not at all crowded. Overall a very relaxing time.

We had a great stay however the building next door was under construction which created noise. Porch was not cleaned so we cleaned it on arrival. Otherwise is was really lovely.

Very nice condo

This condo is very nice, we had everything we needed and more. Kitchen is well-stocked. Mattress in the master suite definitely needs replaced! The condo was very clean, nice bathrooms, we liked that the bedrooms are separated from each other, but the blinds do let in light, so nobody slept in, including the kids who really could have used another hour of sleep! But the full-over-full bunk bed was great for them. The door code didn't work upon arrival, which was annoying. Complaints had to be made to management about the overflowing trash cans in the pool area that weren't emptied for days, but something was finally done about it. The pool guy just pushes the sand into a couple of piles in the pool instead of vacuuming it out, so that should be addressed. And the pool lights and other outdoor lights didn't work all week, so it was very dark in the common area. The walk to the beach is short and convenient, and the view is great. Short bike ride to the resort area. We wish the restaurant options were better and more plentiful on the island. If you like to cook on vacation, you will be happy in this condo, but if dining out is your thing, you may be a little disappointed with the options in general. We did not go into Charleston, but did go to Sullivan's Island once for dinner. We have a favorite beach destination, but like to try new ones. This didn't even come close to our favorite, so I doubt we will be back. But again, the condo itself was great (except the 1 mattress).

Perfect trip

The description was very accurate. It was clean. It had very spacious bedrooms, a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The beach was so nice-not too busy. We used the credit on chairs and umbrellas and that was convenient. The area that the condo was in was so nice. We went to Shem Creek a few times and Sullivan Island for dinner. We loved both beach towns. Honestly, can’t think of anything missing that could have made it better. Thanks so much!

Great condo in Wild Dunes!

Condo was very nice, new and beautifully appointed. 3 beds (2 masters w king beds) and 3 full baths made for plenty of room. Kids room had 2 double bed bunk bed. Nice balcony overlooking pool. Beach was wide and quiet. Wild Dunes community had nice amenities and the pool at the Sweetgrass Inn was a blast!

Quiet location, resort-like feel

We absolutely loved this condo! The entire property was extremely clean. The third floor end unit was convenient because we could use the stairs, or walk down to the elevator if we were carrying things. We never had to wait on the elevator. It is only a short walk down to the beach, or if you prefer to avoid the sand you can hang out at the pool while looking at the beach! Also the restrooms at the pool were a huge plus! Only thing I would suggest is buying ice from the Harris Teeter and storing it in the freezer. The small ice maker could not keep up with our vacation thirst level :) Also, I would highly recommend making reservations at Long Island Cafe (next to Harris Teeter) as well as Acme for great seafood. We also enjoyed the short drive down to Sullivan's Island where we ate at Home Team BBQ (highly recommend the wings, tacos and the game changer cocktail) and Poe's Tavern (great burgers and sandwiches). Summerhouse 307

We had stayed at Summerhouse several times in the past. Each time a different unit. Some have been more updated than this one but only 2 bedrooms. I was concerned about the view with it being at the end of the building . Ended up that the view of the ocean was the best we have had, plus the extra bedroom worked better for our kids to have their own rooms. We have paid more in the past for a more updated unit with two bedrooms. This unit is still plenty nice and clean. The better view and extra bedroom makes it the best unit for the price that we have stayed in. Very pleased and enjoyed every minute of the condo. We will definitely plan on this being our pick for now on.

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Summerhouse condo. It had everything needed to make our vacation stress fee. The furniture is very comfortable and although some pieces are showing some wear, this did not take away from the appearance and functionality of the place. The kitchen had every item imaginable needed to cook or prepare a meal. Maybe some unbreakable dishes are needed to decrease the fear of breaking the Mikasa dinnerware! LOL. We highly recommend this condo. Excellent reservation/check in process and in a great location. We would certainly not hesitate to rent it again. The only real improvement I could suggest would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms but this did not interfere with the overall stay for sure. You won't be disappointed if you rent 307 Summerhouse!

Wonderful time

Rental @ Summer House was done easily. Nice property. Would definitely recommend to others. Might want to have the elevator looked at.

We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to stay. The furniture was rather dirty and dingy. The dishwasher needs some attention. The bottom rack is not made for that dishwasher. But, other than that it was a very good experience.

Wild Dunes Vacation

We’ve at Wild Dunes many times over the years but this was the first time staying at Summer House. The three bedroom condo was close to perfect. Nice size, great view, great pool and beach. Having an elevator and moving carts on site made arriving and departing so much easier and the beach cart we rented together with the elevator made getting our things to and from the beach so easy. A most relaxing vacation with trips into Charleston for dinner, site seeing and entertainment. Would highly recommend!
