This beautiful property is set to comfortably accommodate 4 people with a dining table plus 2 barstools, a large sofa sectional in the living room, and a colorful patio area with gas grill. The living room is air conditioned, with a large TV. The sofa turns into a bed if needed! A brand new kitchen features all stainless appliances, stocked with all necessities for a rental and beyond (including an automatic ice maker).In the Primary Bedroom you will find a queen size bed with beautifully matching furniture and new A/C system for your comfort, as well as a TV! This bedroom also has its own bathroom. The secondary bedroom contains 2 twin beds as well as a TV and a New A/C system! Air purifiers are provided throughout the condo as an option for guest use.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
