This beautiful condo in Chilton Village at Ocean Edge Resort has just been fully renovated. Enjoy new hardwood/slate floors, lighting, and crown molding, plus fresh paint throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a breakfast bar, new refrigerator with ice-maker, and high-efficiency washer/dryer.

The living/dining room has wall AC Unit, a new 50 TV, and access to the back patio and lovely landscaping on Widger Pond. The primary bedroom offers a private bath, king bed, Wall AC Unit, and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a wall-mounted monitor for hooking up a gaming console, and a full hall bath. Walk/bike to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Cape Cod Bay beaches, and shops/restaurants from this ideal location!

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
