This wonderful Yachtsman Condo is perfectly situated for your travel group with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, and an eat in kitchen. The kitchen area leads to the outdoor patio. A full flight of stairs leads you up to a spacious living room with a huge bay window that overlooks Kalmus Beach and the marsh area. A short flight up is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The third floor has a bedroom with another queen bed & single bed and yet another en suite bathroom. The rooftop balcony offers stunning views of the beaches and sunsets/sunrises. Unit 44 is the perfect fit for the family looking to have a great vacation.

Pool Hours are seasonal. Open daily July and August. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: Pool could be closed or have limited days and hours the last 2 weeks weeks in August, due to lack of lifeguards


There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis ( Restaurants & Shops ), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.

In order to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for your vacation pleasure, Condominium Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced. All units are individually owned.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
