The first floor welcomes you with an open kitchen featuring a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, kitchen island, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. There's a dining room area with a table to enjoy all your meals.

The adjoining living room offers plenty of seating, a mounted flat-screen TV, and access to a private patio with a natural gas grill—perfect for summer cookouts.

On the second floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed, mounted flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard/pool.

A short set of steps up leads to the laundry area, a second updated full bathroom, and the second bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, and a desk for remote work.

Head up the next flight of stairs to the third floor with a bedroom featuring both a queen bed and a double bed, plus a TV.

There’s also a bonus room with a twin bed, making it ideal for kids or extra guests.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

"Great accommodations for our extended family! The proximity to the beach, the pool, and the local restaurants and attractions could not be beat! The different levels for each of the bedrooms made it kind of fun, and the rooftop deck was great in the late afternoon! The unit was neat and clean, but it was disappointing that we had to make up each of the beds when we got in before using them. The Condo Association keeps the area beautiful and makes sure you know the many rules which keep the area so well maintained. We also enjoyed the covered patio at the pool, with the lounge area and the book exchange. It was great to grab new books when we were done with ours! The one down side was that the kids weren't able to watch movies at night because the cable system wasn't set up to allow streaming services.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
