New Listing! Sweet and clean property in a great location, perfect for your Cape Cod Getaway. Open and bright living space in the living room and dining area. The kitchen is nicely appointed. Hardwood floors and Central AC throughout. There is excellent space outside for lounging and dining on the oversized deck and patio. Wash off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Ample parking for guests.

The beach house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a beach across the street (private/exclusive to the neighborhood) and a marina and restaurants just a short stroll away. Drive just 3 miles to Hyannis, the Cape Cod Mall, and multiple other shops and restaurants.

Location Location!

The perfect location for our family with two under two. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and downtown area. Great yard to play, cookout, etc. Will definitely be booking again!

Family Getaway

From the moment we entered, we knew this was the right place for our week of fun with our family including our 2 young granddaughters. Both beaches were so close, we spent most days there. And, the Whale Watch Cruise was within walking distance, too! When we contacted the property owners about an issue, they were highly responsive and fixed the issue immediately. If we come to the mid-Cape again, we wil consider renting this property!

Great location

The ants were an issue for me! Too scared to buy any food while I was there. Exterminator came, but said it could be a week for them to die off…sadly they were with us all week, rent free! No beach chairs or umbrella provided, so I had to buy my own & cart back home. Very little room for suitcases, as you will need to step around/over or on them during your stay. No wash cloths provided either, just one towel pp. We had a dead bunny out in the shower that was stinky & kids wouldn’t use it. Location is perfect, just wish house provided a little more, even napkin’s wouldn’t hurt. This was our 5th house and visit to “the Lane.”

Thank you for staying with us. We were sorry to hear about the ants and tried to address them right away. We wish we had known about the bunny, as we would have cleaned and sanitized everything immediately also. There were wash clothes in the bathroom cabinet, but unfortunately we do not provide chairs & an umbrella as advertised, since we have had issues with these items in the past. Overall, we hope you enjoyed your vacation and we will take this opportunity to make improvements. We try to keep the property as well appointed and affordable as possible, and appreciated your feedback.

Great location!

The house was in quiet, friendly neighborhood. Great location walking distance to beach, restaurants and downtown. Definitely rent again next year!

Best Vacation Ever

I have just returned from 3 weeks at this wonderful house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to our questions and issues (how to work the barbeque, I've locked myself out). The beach across the street was private and perfect for small children and anyone who enjoys the Cape Cod Bay tides. Excellent restaurant within walking distance as well as Audubon walking trails, and trails across the water through the dunes to Sandy Neck. The Village of Barnstable was charming. This spot has the best of everything the Cape has to offer.
