An open floor plan includes a living room with a stone gas fireplace, a dining table for 8 and a kitchen with plenty of counter space for preparing great meals. Just off the living room, a guest room has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. A second guest room has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a large en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a garden tub. Upstairs, a loft overlooks the main level with a pool table and TV. The upstairs bed room has two twin beds and two queen beds, this room uses a full bathroom with a combination tub shower.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
