This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located in beautiful Sapphire, NC between Cashiers and Lake Toxaway. Enjoy all the amenities of Sapphire Valley Resort and Fairfield Lake during your visit!

Take in the mountain views off the back covered deck that includes a gas fireplace, gas grill, and a flat screen tv. The living area includes soaring ceilings and a beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace (firewood included!).

The spacious master bedroom is located on the main level. Two additional guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs. The lower level includes a game room (including a pool table and ping pong table) as well as the 4th bedroom and additional full bathroom.

You're only minutes from Red Bird Golf Course, indoor and outdoor swimming, lake, tennis, community game room, fitness center, hiking, waterfalls, restaurants, and breweries. Enjoy Sapphire Valley Ski Resort and Tubing Park during the winter months. You'll have to come back again and again to fit it all in!

The home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities (these amenities are not at the home). They are in a separate drive-able location. You may access amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week*. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool table, outdoor miniature golf, “Foot Golf”, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, walking track, picnic tables, firepit, gem mining, community center, organized excursions, a 9-hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities, and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during ski season.

Fiber optic internet has been installed in our neighborhood which gives us reliable, fast WiFi. Great for using all of your devices (and all of our smart TVs!). This is not available in all areas of the mountains so we’re excited about the addition! We also get great cell service.

This home has a ring door bell which includes a camera to monitor the exterior of our home.

Two twin size rollaway beds are included for additional sleeping spaces.

The closest grocery store is Ingles (6.4 miles).

Some of our favorite restaurants are Osteria Del Monte (2.8 miles), The Library Kitchen & Bar (4.4 miles), Canyon Kitchen (5.8 miles), Whiteside Brewery (7.2 miles), and The Greystone Inn (8.9 miles). Highlands also has a wide variety of delicious restaurants (17.5 miles). Please always be sure to contact the restaurant directly before visiting. Some restaurants in this area are seasonal and closed during certain months.

Panthertown (4.6 miles) and Gorges State Park (6 miles) both offer beautiful hiking.

*The current fee for the Sapphire Valley Resort amenity card is $5 per day or $25 per week, per person. The cost is controlled by the resort and subject to change.

Pet Policy: Exceptions to pet policy will be considered on a case-by-base basis. All pets must be house-trained, no exceptions. Any evidence of pet stains will result in additional fees. There are certain breed restrictions, so please send breed information along with your booking request. Thank you!

***Please note that Sapphire National Golf Club is currently closed for lingering maintenance and repairs from Hurricane Helene. Red Bird Golf Links at Sapphire Valley (a 9-hole executive course) is open.
