There are 2 bathrooms, a modern full kitchen, wi-fi and a wide living room with space for everyone. Flowing off the open plan kitchen, living & dining you will find a large undercover outdoor alfresco with a bbq, breakfast bar & most importantly ocean views.

This holiday property is very generous in space, offers beautiful ocean views and to top all that it's just 200 meters away from one of Coffs Harbour's most beautiful beaches, Emerald Beach where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, or surfing.

During your stay if you feel like dining out or taking a sip of coffee there are plenty of options. On offer in Emerald Beach there is the General store, La Hacienda 101, Surf Street Cafe and Wired for Coffee which are conveniently located on the same street. You can enjoy a meal while taking in spectacular coastal views or pick up a coffee to take on your way. There are also supermarkets and shops close by that you might want to check out.

Emerald Beach is just south of Woolgoolga and about 15 minutes north of Coffs Harbour. It's a quieter atmosphere than some of the other beaches along the Coffs Coast, as well as being a safe option for swimming. When the little ones are finished swimming, you can take them on a beach walk around to Look at Me Now Headland or head to the playground in the park behind the beach. Emerald Beach caters for surfers too, boasting an excellent beach break, along with a southern left-hand reef break.
