You will have private enjoyment of the property but I live in Coffs Harbour and am available 7 days a week between 6am - 9pm for any assistance.

To avoid additional charges and to keep cleaning fees as low as possible for other guests, please leave the place reasonably clean and tidy by:
** Using the outdoor shower at front door to remove any sand before entering the property
** If you use the beach towels located in the laundry, please wash and dry after use
** Cleaning dishes and emptying dishwasher before departure
** Cleaning the BBQ after use
** Removing rubbish and placing in the wheelie bins at the side of house. If you are staying on a Tuesday night, can you please take bins out to the street for collection.
*** It is a quiet residential area, so please respect our neighbours and keep loud noise to a minimum especially on the decks and after 9pm ***
