It was a great property! You can hear others if you sleep in the other room but honestly that’s anywhere you go! Right across from the beach and so close to John’s Pass! I’m so happy we choose this condo!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you had a great stay and that you enjoyed the condo's location. Being just across the street from the beach and so close to John's Pass makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the sound between rooms. While some noise can be expected in shared buildings, we're glad it didn't take away from your overall experience. Thank you for choosing our condo! We're so happy you stayed with us and look forward to welcoming you back for another beach vacation soon.

Loved the location for easy access to the beach and John’s pass! We hopped in the car to venture around the nearby cities but there is so much to do within walking distance you could spend the whole time without driving again! Space was perfect for our pup as well! Was sad to see the beaches were not pet friendly and the checkin was a little confusing. Disappointed to have TVs that were not working with no one to assist but we were able to trouble shoot after a long day of travel and eventually got the main tv working. Dealing with the rental company that did not have maintenance available after 5pm was a little frustrating and would have preferred more personal service.

Madeira Beach resort

The pictures of the property were deceiving as I was under the impression the pool was for just that condo I was staying at however it was just a short walk. Additionally to utilize the gym and get a parking pass we had to walk to a separate building. Overall, the condo was updated and in a good walking distance from the beach and john’s pass.

Loved the unit and location!

Location was great! Unit was newly remodeled as described and very clean. One drawback— Furniture was all around uncomfortable. Communications from Resort Rentals was very, very slow and not very clear which made the check-in process pretty stressful. For the rate and expense of the stay, we’re not sure we’d stay again.

Great location

Nice place. Very close to Johns Pass. Beautiful sunsets from the 5th floor balcony. Only a few downsides. Cleaners missed golf size dust balls, clean toilets and dust covered ceiling fans. Couch uncomfortable. Would stay again for the location and view. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Pool area pretty small. Rest of unit well kept and modern.

July 4th

We like to stay in Madeira Beach on 4th of July. We spend anywhere from 2-5 days. First time at his location. Parking was convenient and view to the Gulf from condo. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the beach. Short walk across the street to beach access. We have dinner with friends near our condo. Our friends stay at same complex. We don’t use any of the facilities, so what we like is simple and enjoyable that we are so close to the beach.

The condo was nice and is convenient to everything in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The ceiling in the second bedroom is covered in mold, so we could not use the room and kept the door closed so we did not have to breathe it. One of the two rocking chairs in the main rooms was broken, so we could not use it. The toaster does not work, so we toasted bread in the oven. The silicone spatula was so flimsy that it left half of the scrambled eggs in the skillets, so we went out and bought one that could do the job.

Great Location, too bad about the cleanliness

The location is great, right across the road from the beach and seconds walk to John's Pass. The apartment itself was a decent size for four adults for 5 nights. However, it wasn't that clean. Floors were dirty, walking barefoot, your feet got filthy, white socks turned to black socks, the ensuite toilet ran all day and night. Both toilet seats are old and show plenty of wear. Showers not cleaned properly. Listed as two bedrooms, the smaller bedroom was more of a study/office, no window or closet. Listing stated that beach accessories would be available, only a couple of beach chairs were there. Also, this was probably our mistake but need to bring beach towels as none in the apartment and you're not allowed to take the regular towels to the beach.

Thank you, Aaron, for your detailed feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the apartment spacious enough for your group. That said, we're very sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns you encountered. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing these points with our cleaning and maintenance teams immediately. We also appreciate your notes about the second bedroom and beach accessories — we’ll work on making our listing clearer and better stocked moving forward. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.

They failed to send the information for check-in and I had to call to get the access codes. NO pool keys were provided and when they were called, did not return a call on Saturday, Sunday or Monday so the entire amenity was void. Sometime on Saturday, a day AFTER we checked in (and expected privacy in our unit), somebody came into our unit and apparently swept the floor? Not sure because it was still filthy, no garbage was removed and no linens were changed. In fact, other than our stuff being moved in every room (appearing to take off the floor), there was nothing done. NO NOTICE that someone was invading our privacy and to do what? Pictures attached will show the filth in the laundry screen, ac vents, fans, and shower. Batteries were dead in most of the remotes. You pay for a cleaning service AFTER you leave but it is clear that they don't apply it to the unit. Would not recommend.

Awful. The construction they don’t tell you about, the noise they don’t tell you about. We happened to come when they were selling part of it to the marina, so no swimming pool, and there’s only 2 parking decks, had to move my car to the second deck, only to be locked out the rest of the time having to walk around the building to bottom floor just to be let in. Ridiculous!
