Worst rental ever; false advertising
Hi,
We stayed at the Inn at SilverCreek Aug.1-4 and I am writing this essayed to give you feedback as your customer.
Upon arrival, we noticed the following:
1) toilet seat so loose, it felt like it would fall off
2) broken/non-functional can opener
3) no sheets for pullout couch (looked in cupboard with extra linens)
4) sketchy, broken, non functional bolt lock on door to balcony
In the first two hours following arrival, neighboring guests were constantly smoking pot. This continued throughout the ENTIRE stay despite my talking with the front desk staff twice. It was at this time that we also letthem know that the exterior door nearest our unit did not fully close allowing anybody to access the building despite it being a keyboard entry door.
We had also looked forward to using the pool and hottub, but they were both filthy and in disrepair. To add to the sketchy environment, there were several people smoking at the pool despite signage indicating that it was not allowed . We told the front desk and eventually someone walked there, but of course the person was no longer smoking by then. When leaving the pool area, the men were smoking again. The photos of the complex and pool areas are extremely outdated and are complete false advertising. My children were afraid because of the transient long-term residents that seem to have taken o er the complex and a management that has given up caring.
