Summary:
Stunning two storey home with sea views, located within a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to Victor Harbor Central. This home will be perfect for your next family holiday. As soon as you enter into this holiday home you will feel relaxed and automatically in holiday mode.
The property has the following layout which the whole family will enjoy:
Large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This area is light and bright and a perfect space to watch the sunrise and sunsets! Split system heating and cooling in this area.
Glass sliding doors leading out onto the balcony. This area is undercover and the perfect spot to really soak up being on holidays. Outdoor seating as well as a Weber Q 2000. Bonus electric operated outside see through blinds on the balcony to protect you from the weather if needed! As well as a ceiling fan.
The living area has plenty of seating two of them are electric leather recliner chairs and a large TV.
Dining area to seat 8 people.
The kitchen's functional layout offers lots of bench space, corner pantry storage, a dishwasher, gas cooking, double sink, double fridge capacity, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and much more!
The master suite retreats to light-filled privacy offering a King size bed, ceiling fan, generous walk-in robe and close reach to the ensuite/bathroom with heated floors keeping the WC separate for you and your guests.
Downstairs layout:
Second living area at the front of the house, this is perfect for the children or a second family to relax. With plenty of seating areas, the couch is a sofa bed. TV and a ceiling fan also in the second living area.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed, built in robes and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom three has a Tri bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top) ceiling fan and built in robes. There is also a pull out trundle bed in this room.
Main Bathroom with a bath, shower, heated floors in the bathroom, separate vanity area as well as a separate toilet.
Laundry with a washing machine and a door leading outside.
The fully fenced lawned backyard it is brilliant for backyard cricket or just an area for the children to play. Outdoor shower hot and cold water available for washing off when you get back from the beach.

Off street parking available – sorry the garage is not available for parking in.
The garage has been converted into a games room which includes: a pool table and other games.
The property sleep: 7 people but can sleep 10 (sofa bed downstairs plus pull out trundle bed in bedroom 3)
