The Space:
Downstairs incorporates two bedrooms a bathroom, games room, laundry and
a good size living area with a modular lounge, large wall mounted tv and a split system air conditioner.
The games room includes a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, lounge and other games.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer, with access to outside. There is also a highchair and porta cot available if needed.

Sliding glass doors in the living area open and let the sea breeze in and allow easy access to the full-length paved patio area adjacent the spacious fenced front yard where the kids can play a game of cricket

Bedroom three includes a king bed and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom four has two single bunk beds and plenty of room for the children to hang out.

Upstairs is a nice bright open plan living, dining and kitchen space with access to several outdoor timber decks. In the kitchen you’ll find a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooktop, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and pantry with a gorgeous window to enjoy the distant views.
The dining suite will seat ten people adjacent the spacious living room with large modular lounge and enormous smart TV.
There are decks off the dining room and the lounge room which also include a BBQ and outdoor furniture to sit on a cool summer’s evening.
This area has a split system air conditioner.

As you come up the staircase there is a small reading nook on the landing if you just want to chill out for a while.
The main bathroom has a separate shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom one is the pick of the home with access to the front timber deck, exceptional sea breezes and a view of the not-so-distant sand dunes. There is a king bed, ceiling fan and a built-in robe.
Bedroom two has its own entry to the rear timber deck and includes a king bed, built in robe and ceiling fan.
There is ample driveway parking for at least two vehicles and a boat.
