Enter Harbour Island through the security guardhouse and enjoy the private island just a few minutes stroll to the beach and boardwalk. Discover a superb condominium complex with a full service marina, pool, poolside restaurant/bar, tennis courts and tot lot. Harbour Island offers spacious two and three bedroom accommodations in both townhouses and condos. Each unit is equipped with central air, washer, dryer, disposal and dishwasher. Some units offer a wetbar and jacuzzi. Holiday Real Estate, Inc. has an on-site office which will enable you to check-in and check-out directly at the Harbour Island complex Memorial Day through Labor Day. Harbour Island is home to the prestigious White Marlin Open, the largest one week billfish tournament on the East Coast. Units and boat slips book early for this event which includes internationally recognized master anglers and virtually every major sportfishing boat dealer. The weigh-ins each evening are a major attraction as tuna, wahoo, white marlin and blue marlin are brought to the scale in pursuit of millions of dollars in prize money. A must see event!

The Perfect Place

The homeowners have done a outstanding job with everything! Tons of supplies, decorated perfect. The views of the Bay, Sunsets, Dolphins and activity on the Bay is just incredible! This is our 2nd year in this Unit and will always rent anytime we come to OC. I have a little OCD about cleanliness and this place is a 10+.

Beware of check-in and check out rules

If you do not have transportation of your own, do not use this rental. You have to make a special trip to get the key and another special trip to check out. This unit is close to 14th street and the check in / check out is close to 77th street.Yes, these expectations are in the fine print of the rental agreement. If you have your own car and don’t mind traffic, it’s not a problem but if you are relying on Uber…it’s a headache. Failure to return the key to their specified location results in a 150.00 retrieval fee although there is an office on site.We do not recommend this rental agency.

It is unfortunate that this guest did not review the beautiful property they rented; rather, the check in and check out procedure that they agreed to when booking. All other guests have been able to follow the simple check out instructions without complaint or issue. Additionally, had this guest communicated to us that they did not have transportation, we could have made arrangements to better accommodate the guest. The guest was also informed that our onsite office os open from Menorial Day to Labor Day.
