PRIME LOCATION! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom midtown Ocean City with an outside rooftop pool! Great building with an elevator just across the street (a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Relax on the balcony that you can enter from the living room or main bedroom. This property has many upgrades including new luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances! This unit has a full-sized washer and dryer as well as ceiling fans and TVs in both bedrooms. The TVs are Smart TVs that you can enjoy with your login credentials. The main bedroom has a king bed; second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses available (There is a third bunk, but the sleep capacity is still 8 people at all times). The living room also has a double sleep sofa so the condo can sleep 8 people comfortably. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. If you're staying in the cooler spring or fall months, you'll enjoy the gas fireplace in the family room! Sunset Bay is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fager's Island, Macky's, Alley Oops and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few. This is one of our guests' favorite locations and you'll love it too! *This property allows 2 night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend.*

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $122.35. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
