Thanks for such a wonderful stay in this lovely home! Great beds, beautiful bathrooms and very well appointed kitchen. We loved walking to Little Cove Beach for swims and sunsets, national park walks(one across from the apartment goes up and around the hill through rainforest to National Park entrance) So quiet here and peaceful retreat at end of day. Would love to come again! 2025

This recently renovated three bedroom, three bathroom, townhouse in beautiful Little Cove, provides the perfect relaxing holiday destination conveniently close to beautiful Little Cove and Main Beach as well as iconic Hastings Street's fantastic restaurants and boutique shopping. Townhouse 12 is a spacious two storey living space designed to encompass comfort, style and convenience providing a peaceful sunny north east aspect leafy outlook to enhance your enjoyment of everything that Noosa has to offer.
The townhouse provides several private alfresco paved entertaining areas complemented by the surrounding acre of landscaped grounds complete with a lovely communal pool and a gas barbecue area available for all guests to enjoy. Guests have the choice of multiple outdoor dining areas, sun loungers, couch and chairs to relax and soak up the gorgeous ambience. Step inside this special place and enjoy the open plan tiled kitchen, dining and lounge area which flows directly onto one of the many outdoor entertaining areas.
Relax in King Living furniture lounges and chairs to view your favourite show on the Smart TV/DVD player or browse through the free internet access. Enjoy creating your own culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen complete with Caesar stone bench tops, Bosch European appliances including electric cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Continue upstairs to enjoy the three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. For your comfort there are queen size beds with plush mattresses in bedroom 1 and 2, with a double bed in bedroom 3 and custom made wardrobes.
A large balcony completes the Master Bedroom with your own seating and shade screen to enjoy more views of the beautiful surrounds.
Townhouse 12 features include:
- Three spacious bathrooms with showers are located both upstairs and downstairs for your convenience.
- Fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans for your comfort.
- Fully protected by security screens and windows.
- A single lockup garage with automated door (please note the garage fits a small to medium size car) as well as a private open car space adjacent to the unit.
- Washing machine is located in the downstairs bathroom.
- The choice of a dryer or a clothesline in the garage.
- BBQ
Our properties are fully self-contained. Linen and bath towels are supplied with beds made up along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper and detergents to get you through your first night. Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets nearby. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that check out is no later than 10 am and check in not before 3.00 pm. This property has been upgraded to interconnected smoke alarms.
