The master bedroom includes a second TV for when you all can't agree what to watch. You can watch TV in the lounge room or the master bedroom. The combined bathroom laundry has a shower and is clean and modern. Undercover parking is included for 1 car and there’s plenty of untimed street parking for any additional vehicles.
Only a 600m walk away, Park Beach is a gorgeous, unspoilt, long beach. It’s a haven for holiday makers, with its vast space, relaxed ambience and dune backdrop. Also within walking distance of the property are a number of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs including the Park Beach Plaza, the famous Hoey Moey, Surf Club and Park Beach Bowls Club. Along with Cafe Aqua, The Mermaid Beach House, Ernie's Kitchen and more, there is an enormous variety of eateries on offer. The Surf Club with its restaurant and bar is only 1km away and walks abound, with a playground nearby.
