Bluewater Realty Miami welcomes you to The Grand, located in Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay. Our 3 bedroom The Marilyn! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you could need. Enjoy stunning views of the downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 15th floor and facing South, The Marilyn! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. The Marilyn! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

Step into The Marilyn!, a renovated and vibrant Miami-themed condo. The moment you enter, you'll be captivated by its sparkling white floors, art, and stylish furniture, evoking the ambiance of an art gallery or the pages of a design magazine. This condo truly embodies the essence of Miami.

The Marilyn! features a fully equipped kitchen with an oversized counter, and everything you need to unleash your inner chef. With a Publix grocery store located just 1/2 block away, cooking on vacation has never been easier. The dining area, situated beside the kitchen, offers a stylish and spacious setting for meals, with seating for 4 at the dining table and 3 additional seats at the oversized kitchen counter.

The living room provides a inviting atmosphere, featuring a stylish velvet couch that beckons you to unwind after a day of exploring Miami. Equipped with a 65" Roku streaming TV, with streaming platforms such as Netflix, Sling, and various free TV show and movie apps, you can catch up on your favorite entertainment. However, the views from the living room might prove to be quite distracting, as they offer a mesmerizing backdrop that competes for your attention.

Just steps away is access to your own private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Miami skyline that are sure to leave you in awe. This fully furnished balcony provides the ideal location for capturing stunning photos, whether it's the panoramic view of Biscayne Bay, the enchanting city lights at night, or the inviting pool and jacuzzi areas. The dining table on the balcony serves as a perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal while relishing in the beauty of your surroundings and reflecting on your Miami adventures.

The master bedroom suite is truly a grand experience. Stretching the entire length of the condo, it offers space and comfort. The king bed invites you to relax and indulge in the stunning views that can be enjoyed from the bedroom. The desk provides a dedicated workspace, although we hope your vacation is work-free. The Roku streaming TV ensures that all your favorite shows and movies are readily available for your entertainment. From this bedroom, you have direct access to the balcony, allowing you to step outside and take in the Miami air. As you walk through the open concept closet, complete with a safe for your valuables, you'll enter the master bathroom. With a generously sized shower, and double sinks, it offers a luxurious and rejuvenating experience.

Situated between the master bedroom and the living room, the second bedroom offers a king bed and a Roku streaming TV for your entertainment. Just like the master bedroom, this room also provides direct access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the mesmerizing views right from your velvet bed. Additionally, a barn door-style sliding door ensures privacy when needed and adds a touch of style to the space. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a fun-filled night in Miami.

Opposite the second bedroom, you'll find the second full bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that this condo does not have any bathtubs, but the generously sized showers more than make up for it. Additionally, conveniently located across from the bathroom is a washer/dryer unit, ensuring that you can keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay. No need to worry about going home with dirty laundry.

The third bedroom, accessible through French doors near the entrance and adjacent to the second bathroom, offers a unique feature known as an "interior" bedroom. Although it lacks windows, this room provides an ideal sleeping environment for those who prefer to sleep undisturbed. Furnished with a queen bed and a Roku streaming TV, this bedroom ensures a restful and enjoyable stay.
