Bluewater Miami welcomes you to The Grand, located in Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay. Our 4 bedroom Funkin’ Fabulous! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you could need. Enjoy views of down Miami and Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 15th floor and facing South and East, Funkin’ Fabulous! is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay views from its private balcony. With over 1800 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Funkin Fabulous! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

As you step into Funkin’ Fabulous!, you'll be greeted by the open concept kitchen. The design and white floors create a modern aesthetic. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to unleash your inner chef, and with a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away, preparing meals is a breeze. You might find yourself inspired to cook a delicious dinner and gather around the dining table, with seating for 6. The layout ensures that each room effortlessly flows into the next. With the convenience of a washer/dryer located in the kitchen, there's no need to worry about returning home with dirty laundry.

Once you step into the living room, it's hard to resist the Kardiel couch and stylish black vintage accent chair. These pieces of furniture beckon you to gather and share stories about your day. For your entertainment, a 65" Roku streaming TV awaits with access to streaming services like Netflix, Sling, and a selection of free movies and TV shows. The living room, along with the entire condo, is curated to offer an experience that feels straight out of a magazine or movie set.

Step out of the living room and onto the balcony, a picture-perfect spot that promises incredible photo opportunities. You'll be captivated by the views of the downtown Miami skyline and its lights. To the East, the balcony offers water views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach, creating a serene backdrop. Take a moment to admire the pool on the 10th floor, a destination for relaxation and enjoyment. With the pool open from 7 am to 10 pm, it's a retreat for a refreshing dip. When you're ready for the ultimate indulgence, head to the 4 jacuzzis at the end of the pool deck, where you'll be treated to city views that are beyond words.

The master bedroom spans the entire length of the condo. The king bed is positioned to offer stunning views through the sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. For your entertainment, there's a 55" Roku streaming TV, with Netflix, Sling, and free TV shows and movies. A desk sits across from the built-in closets, providing a workspace for those moments when you need to catch up on tasks. Prepare to be pampered in the master bathroom, which exudes the ambiance of a Miami spa. The highlight is the standalone bathtub alongside a spacious walk-in shower.

On the opposite side of the condo, is the second master bedroom. Although smaller in size compared to the first, it is equally captivating. As soon as you enter, you'll be struck by the artwork and overall ambiance of this bedroom, which has been curated to create a truly special atmosphere. Featuring a king bed, direct skyline views, a 55" Roku streaming TV, and balcony access, this room offers a perfect retreat within the condo. The attached full bathroom ensures convenience and privacy for guests. It boasts a walk-in shower, allowing for a refreshing experience.

Located around the corner from the front entry, is the 3rd bedroom. This interior room, without windows, provides a peaceful retreat for guests who prefer to sleep undisturbed. Despite the absence of natural light, the room is designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing experience. It has two twin beds, perfect for multiple guests, and a Roku streaming TV.

Adjacent to the 3rd bedroom, is the 3rd full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This well-appointed bathroom offers a modern design, ensuring a refreshing experience for guests.

The charming 4th interior bedroom is known as "Jr. size". Although it is the smallest and lacks windows, it offers a cozy retreat for guests. Furnished with a queen bed, a Roku streaming TV, and a dresser, this bedroom provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
