The Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast to lunch at the comfortable breakfast bar, it’s an ideal space to chat to your guests while preparing an evening meal.
The Dining Area has a contemporary setting with seating for 10 guests, this is a great place for you all to enjoy some home cooking and spend time together of an evening discussing the day’s events.
The Outdoor Area has an extended South Facing Pool Deck and covered lanai, it is perfect for Al Fresco dining as it has a table and seating for 8 guests, along with a fabulous soft seating area, ideal for making the most of your sunshine holiday. Alternatively, why not chill out on one the six loungers, take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa.
Games Room - is a great place to entertain both the kids and competitive adults with its air hockey, pool table and table and chairs. we also have a 75" smart TV with Google Stadia games console which gives free access to hundreds of online games.

The Bedrooms are stunning and have all been furnished to the highest standard with luxury interiors throughout. The rooms all offer a relaxing haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day or even a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guests for dinner.
Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) This room has a beautiful King-Sized Silver bed with feature headboard and matching silver wooden furnishings throughout. This room is modern, light and relaxing. It has a ceiling fan, a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with bath and separate shower. You have direct access from the en-suite onto the pool deck.

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) another fantastic bedroom with stunning pastel shades, perfect for siblings or friends to share as it has a twin and full-size bed. This room has a ceiling fan, Flat Screen TV and access to a bathroom with bath & overhead shower.
Bedroom 5 – (upstairs) this bedroom has a Mickey & Minnie theme, again great for siblings, cousins or friends to share. It has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top. Loft Area - has a large cinema screen with an Amazon Fire Stick connected, so you can connect to streaming services (you need to have your own accounts to access online services) to watch TV and movies, plus a foosball table for all your party to enjoy.

Fabulous house and amenities
This house was fully kitted out and was great for a family - mum and dad plus late/teen daughers and boyfriends. The club house (essentially gym/swimming pool/slides) was a short walk away. It is ideal for family groups.

Bad Wifi, Need new pool cleaners for Massive Spider Webs
Horrible WiFi. Super Dark Lightning in the whole house made it feel uninviting and like we were in 1990. We couldn’t get the fan on in the living room. The pool alarm was super annoying. Every time you open a pool entry door you’re greeted with a screeching loud alarm. I was told this was by law but Ive stayed in 6 other properties on the same resort and never had a pool alarm. Also, the Huge Spider Webs in the pool area and Patio furniture made us not even want to go outside. The clubhouse was our go to. Solterra Resort is always our go-to but this time was a miss

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. That said, we are quite surprised by your comments, as no issues were raised during your stay, and the guest who stayed just prior to you rated the home five stars. The home is less than six years old and maintained to a high standard, which makes your remarks quite inconsistent with the experiences of other guests.
Regarding the pool alarm, we understand it can be inconvenient, but it is not something we are able to disable, particularly when guests have children. Florida law requires a safety feature such as a pool alarm or fence to prevent accidents. While you mentioned other properties at the resort did not have alarms, we follow the law strictly and prioritize guest safety, especially for families.
As for the WiFi, lighting, and fan, these issues were never reported during your stay, which unfortunately meant we couldn’t assist in real time. We would have gladly helped had we been made aware. Similarly, our cleaning team thoroughly inspects the home, including the pool area, prior to each arrival. Any missed spider webs would have been addressed immediately if brought to our attention.
We’re disappointed that the review appears to be more about dissatisfaction with our refusal to disable a legally required safety feature than the overall stay itself. We always welcome constructive feedback, but it's important it reflect the full context and standards we uphold.

Overall house was ok. To many little problems.
To many rental houses on the block. Several large party houses on our street. People parking on street even though it said towing would be in-forced. Two lights out in kitchen. Pool company does maintenance at 12:30 pm and said not to use the pool for an hour? I was in the pool when they came. Tried calling management office during business hours, recording sent me to emergency #, called that # no answer, disappointing.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty reaching the management office during business hours. If all staff are busy are busy call should divert to answerphone so I will make sure the issue is addressed with the management team. I also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lights out in the kitchen. Regarding the pool maintenance, it's standard practice for the pool guys to work normal hours so there will be times when they call to a house when guests are at the home. Whist it isn’t always necessary to ask guests not to use the pool during and immediately after maintenance on this occasion chemicals needed to be applied and they do need time to circulate and take effect.
