Sooke Seaviews is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit with 1 king bed in the master room and an upgraded mattress on the queen sofa bed in the living room. The building was completed in 2021 and has deluxe finishing throughout. Large sitting area for visiting or watching TV. Open concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. If you like to work out while away from home, there are spectacular views from the large gym located in the building complex. This unit has a lovely 863 sq foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy your breakfast and the sights in the famous West Coast Vancouver Island. Please note that the parking available is meant for a small car only.

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are before 30 days of travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable.
