Much needed relaxation

We really enjoyed our time at your place. The cabin was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the back porch and spent most of our time sitting out there enjoying the cool pines. Would definitely consider coming back again !

Went up to Pinetop to ski with family. This cabin was perfect for our trip. Great location, only 30 minutes to Sunrise Ski resort. Beautiful views of the golf course. Inside was great. Fireplace was great. Very quiet and spacious. Had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this home in the Pinetop Country Club. The home backs up to the golf course so views and walks are great. Quiet neighborhood and nice home. House could have been cleaner; carpet needed shampooing and couch needed vacuuming.

Nice property gorgeous setting.

We enjoyed our stay. We got around 8 - 10" of snow while there which was fun. Home is comfy and cozy and overlooks the fairway of PCC which would be very pretty in summer. Big deck, but covered in snow, lol but nice in summer I'm sure. Overall its a solid property and I would rent it again. A king bed in the master would be nice to have though.

This was a very cozy stay, I liked that the porch was inclosed, we have a 4 year old autistic grand child and we just let him run around without having to worry about him running off. It had everything you need like home. It was very clean, rooms were nice. We enjoyed the quietness, we even played sorry, which was one of many games they had available tonplay. As a family we had fun. We would definitely do this again.

Our stay in the pines

We had a very good time at our stay here. The check-in process was very easy. The home was beautiful and on the golf course. We loved how we could see the stars at night from the back porch. Beautiful property! The home was very clean and had all the essentials. You will need to bring your own toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent communication with the property manager. If there was an issue, she was very quick to answer and resolve the issue. We stayed here over Thanksgiving week. We brought my parents and children. We would love to stay here again if we make it back to Pinetop.

The house has a lot of potential; however, it needs a lot of work and repair. Not really fit for an extended stay. Two years ago, online reviews mentioned the carpet needing replacing and the screen doors were not closing properly. These are still issues as the carpet is stained and bubbling up in many of the rooms. The screen doors leading to the deck are very difficult to open and do not close properly. The washing machine has mold all around the rubber trim and in the soap dispenser. This is unacceptable. No toiletries were in either bathroom although advertised as “complimentary”. More issues - there are two can openers neither of which work, window blind in bedroom is broken and unusable, bathtub needed major scrubbing before use, no ironing board on site although advertised, some pots and pans were put away in cupboards dirty and greasy, etc. The best part of the cabin was the backyard deck which deserves at 10/10.

Good Not Great

Good location in the Pinetop area with a great back porch for relaxing & socializing. The house has a good layout and was functioning well. Openly, I am downgrading the ratings as the home needs some TLC for better upkeep & attention to detail. All screen doors are in need of repair, bed mattresses not good, top of a kitchen cabinet held together with black electrical tape. Brief rain storm caused water to overflow on the back deck due to being stuffed with pine needles. Bathrooms function well but are overdue for an upgrade. Hot water outstanding. Rug should cleaned or replaced.

Christopher, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate that you enjoyed the location and were able to relax on the back porch. - We will check on the screens to see which needs to be replaced or repaired. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. We have updated the queen to a king-size mattress and added a memory foam topper. - We're a little confused by the kitchen cabinet you talking about we don't recall anything being held together with electrical tape. - In our neck of the woods we have things we have to deal with yearly and one of them is the pine needles, it's one of the not-so-great perks, but we have to deal with it. To make this easier on us we will be installing gutter guards so that this is not an issue going forward. Only 1/2 of the deck is not covered, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.

Disappointing

This property was a serious fail in the safe and secure department during our four-day rental. Not only would the front door not lock, it would not latch shut. This required a dining room chair prop to prevent it from swinging open. The improvisation was a particular non-comforting issue during night sleeping hours and ventures out. Exasperating the above was the non-response of the Evolve Property Manager, Becky. A call to her to report the issue went unanswered, our voicemail never returned. Eventually reached a “secondary number,” spoke to a Danielle. She shared, “Yeah, they had issues with the door last week.” The problem was not resolved until 6:00 p.m. on our third day of the four-day rental. Knowingly renting a property that is not securable places the renter at-risk. VBRO, Evolve Property Management, the property owner and their respective insurance underwriters are assuming potentially significant liability exposure in the event of an incident. At the daily rate, expected more. Aggravation and the indifferent cavalier attitude not worth the price, hence would not recommend or entertain a return booking. p.s. Similar to VBRO, Evolve Property Management invited a post-stay review, we obliged. Their failure to follow-up was equally disappointing.

Great vacation cabin. Super clean and had lots of entertainment in the cabin already along with plenty of toys to keep the kids busy! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in Pinetop!

Perfect Rental

This is a lovely home in Pinetop on the golf course. It was well appointed, comfortable and CLEAN. The setup was perfect for 2 couples with each having their own on-suite. It was well stocked with all the amenities needed, including coffee, tea and snacks. We enjoyed the beautiful covered deck for coffee and afternoon cocktails as well as the wood burning fireplace in the evening. Highly recommend this property and would only deduct half a star for the difficulty in finding the house numbers in the dark. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay one more night after checking that the calendar was clear, but unfortunately the contact info on the welcome email was unresponsive
