Diese Ferienwohnung ist ideal für die ganze Familie, um im Sommer den Blick auf die Fairways des Country Clubs und den Schnee im Winterwunderland zu genießen (nur 30 Minuten von den Skiliften entfernt). Dieses Haus verfügt über 2 Ebenen mit mehreren Wohnräumen, 2 Kaminen, 2 formellen Schlafzimmern (und einem offenen Dachboden) und 2 Badezimmern sowie einem zusätzlichen Etagenbett mit 2 zusätzlichen Queensize-Betten und 2 zusätzlichen Twin-Futons. Es ist Qualität Matratzen und Bettwäsche sorgen für Ihren Komfort. Auf Anfrage und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr kann der Eigentümer die Nutzung des Pinetop Recreation Centers arrangieren. Ich habe über HomeAway und VRBO mehrere Immobilien im ganzen Land gemietet. Meine größte Erfahrung ist als Mieter kein Eigentümer, also denke ich wie Sie! Wir haben alles getan, damit sich diese Ferienwohnung wie zu Hause fühlt. Von dem Moment an, in dem Sie eintreten, werden Sie sagen: "Wir sind zu Hause".

Seitdem wir dieses Country Club Fairway-Grundstück auf einem 1,2 Hektar großen Grundstück zum ersten Mal vermietet haben, haben wir ein paar Dinge gelernt:
1) Bild nicht gerecht, so unser Gast.
2) Es ist wie mit 2 Häusern in 1, weil der Klang von oben nicht nach unten wandert.
3) Sauberkeit ist Hinweise. Es ist sehr gepflegt und fühlt sich immer frisch und neu an.

Wenn Sie daran interessiert sind, Ihre Mietreise mit dem Eigentümer zu besprechen, können Sie sich gerne an ihn wenden. Idealerweise persönlich.

Great Location

We had such a nice time at this cabin. I loved the. Ack porch swing, walking the golf course in the mornings and my boys loved the game room upstairs.

A great stay

Winter wonderland

We had such an amazing time at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and the owner is very friendly and easy to get ahold of. We got about 16” of snow while we were there and had fun sitting by the beautiful fire places and sledding. I would recommend this property and can’t wait to go back again!

A wonderful getaway spot

Everything we thought we might enjoy was available in this charming, very well kept house. Clearly there was lots of planning and foresight in making it available for a vacation rental. It was extremely comfortable and the owner was very accessible and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Great Stay

This is a great property with a magnificent view of the eighteenth fairway at Pinetop Country Club. Very comfortable lodging. We would recommend this property unconditionally. The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. A real plus.

Geronimo cabin in the woods highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the cabin! We wanted the kids to have a place to see snow and go sledding. The cabin was right on the golf course and we were able to step out from the back door and start our sledding adventure. We would definitely go back.

Clean and cozy

Nice place. Clean, modern amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Everything in perfect working order. Owner gracious and accommodating with well appointed beds and cozy blankets for snuggling. The open upstairs is great for the children.

Perfect for what we were looking for!

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location. The house was even better than we thought from the photos, with, great furniture and decorations, on a golf course, with tall pines. Close to town but very quiet and peaceful. The fire pit was wonderful and our hangout every night with wine a s'mores. We will be back soon!!

Perfect location!!!

This home was more than we could ask for!! Very clean and well equipped. We had such a great time. The view from the deck is amazing!! The owner was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Beautiful Cabin in Pinetop Country Club

This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin with my family of 6. It is so spacious. Our 4 kids (ages 14-23) stayed on the open second floor and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. We all took baths and showers in the upstairs bathroom. This is a dream bathroom! The jacuzzi bathtub was wonderful! We watched movies upstairs, roasted smores outside, took very long walks in the beautiful neighborhood and cooked all of our meals. The bbq was great and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a very relaxing stay here for fall break- just what we needed!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was truly beautiful and everything was very user friendly. The only thing I would change is the way the bedrooms are situated. The loft area is ALL ONE ROOM. There is no door dividing the MASTER SUITE and all the extra beds in the loft. Making the place a one bedroom really. The lack of privacy was the only bummer. Otherwise nice place.

Fantastic Weekend in This Lovely Home

Spent Labor Day weekend in this spacious, cozy home. House equipped with everything you will need including TP which is not the norm for a VRBO. We spent a lot of time upstairs playing games and on back patio for breakfast and afternoon drinks. No complaints on the beds as they are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook any meal. This property far exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Jill will go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible, she responded to my questions right away and even offered to pick up anything we needed from the grocery store. Def recommend this property!

Fabuous Family Friendly Property

My family had a wonderful holiday at this property! The owner took care of everything, they even had the home comfortably heated when we arrived. Wonderful location overlooking the golf course in Pinetop Country Club. This home is comfortable and cozy. Nice kitchen with every ammenity you could imagine, including a huge dining table, one could easily host a family holiday dinner. Easy commute to Sunrise ski resort. We were very thankful for the convenience of a full washing machine and dryer. My husband was thrilled to have full satellite access, so he could enjoy watching Barrett Jackson Scottsdale at night. The home was very family friendly and the upstairs a kids paradise: tv, fireplace, foosball, lots of room and plenty of games. Check-in was easy and painless. Highly recommended, we will absolutely return!

Beautiful home made for an amazing trip!

Could tell it was a beautiful home just by pulling into the driveway! Walking through the front door was like coming home with the very roomy decorations scattered throughout the property. Beautiful full service kitchen with all the appliances. The loft style upstairs gave my get together a fun place to hang out. There is a gorgeous bathroom upstairs to relax in with a full size jacuzzi tub! Made for the perfect way to wind down after a day at the slopes. The whole trip was amazing all the way down to the last detail. It was a pleasure working with the owner to discuss any details/issues. Very understanding and accommodating. Recommend to anyone who is looking to get out of the city for a relaxing weekend! Recommendations -Larger cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc) -Couldn't figure out Satelite TV -Larger TV for upstairs

Outside is understated, inside is beautifully done with modern cabin feel

I'll cut to the chase and make this easy: stay here. The house is beautifully remodelled with accents and touches that must have cost a small fortune (stone master shower with *3* heads and 3 separate controls, for example). It is "walk in the front door and have a great time" ready. Basic supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen takes care of most small things you need. Just do a grocery store run for the special meals you want to make. View out back woods out onto the greens is beautiful and the setback is fairly far so if you have any concern with balls landing in the yard or hitting anyone don't worry about it. Top floor is a gorgeous open design of two twin beds, then a huge comfy seating area and then wrapping around to a king bed and then master bath. Down stairs is a nice sitting room, bedroom and bath and then kitchen and dining room. We had a wonderful time. Would absolutely stay again.

RELAXFUL, AMAZING, FUNFILLED LONG Weekend!

This home has an ambiance that the moment you walk-in the house you are ready to relax. The porch is huge and faces the golf course. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and just watching the golfers, reading and playing games. The home is well stocked with plenty of linens, a full kitchen, games, tv games and more. It's very clean as well. Downstairs is a huge table for meals, and game playing for the whole family! Also downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and living room. Upstairs- is an entire another suite. 2 queen beds in lofts, full living room with t.v and plenty of couches, and the master bedroom with king size bed. The master bathroom is enormous! All furniture was well taken care of and comfy! Tastefully decorated throughout the house. Owner is easy to talk to and text for any questions. She is very helpful with information around the community. This is definitely a place we would stay again.

Beautiful cabin!

My family of 6 stayed here for 5 nights. We have 4 kids ages 13 to 21 that stayed on the top floor and loved it! It is a very cozy cabin! My husband and I stayed in the first floor bedroom. It worked out perfect having the kids upstairs! It is all open with the 2 Queen beds and the King bed around the corner. It worked fine for my kids. The bathroom upstairs is amazing and my husband and I would go up there to take some of our baths and showers. There are tons of white towels. We cooked almost all of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that there was a bbq. There are tons of plates, bowls, and cups which was very appreciated. My daughter loved the little swing that is between two trees and was on it a lot. I loved the porch swing and the lounge chairs outside. The weather was beautiful and rained a lot of our stay. It cut short some of our activities but then we just relaxed at the cabin. We took lots of walks in the beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again!

We are from Phoenix and purchased our 1st home in Pinetop with anticipation of minimal usage, however after last summer we have fallen in love with the community and the Four Seasons which lead us to the purchase this for our Extended Family and Rental Vacationers like yourself!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We have set this property up for group or multi-family enjoyment. Plenty of space for large group eating, playing games, sitting in front of a fire or watching TV.
WHAT SETS THIS PROPERY APART FROM THE OTHERS: It is competitively priced with other homes with same size, rooms, etc; but it has a 1/2 acre lot with beautiful views of the PTCC fairway. Perfectly situated off of road and the course. Large covered deck and upstairs has wonderful balcony patio. Our guest say, "the picture do not do the property justice!"

This home is on the Pinetop Country Club Fairway, so in the summer you backyard is always green in the tall pines. In the winter the fairway is a sledding, cross country skiing haven! Beautiful views year round with lots of privacy on the nearly 1/2 acre lot!
