Welcome to Lake Escape. Beautiful modern home with a cabin feels, located in Pine Mountain Lake. Pine Mountain Lake is Sierra`s premier planned community. It is located just 25 miles from the North Gate on Yosemite National Park. This house is just a short walk from

one of Pine Mountain Lake`s beaches. You will be able to take advantage of the

community`s many amenities. They include Golf, Fishing, Boating, Swimming,

Tennis, Horse Back Riding, Pickle Ball, Archery Range, and more.

more. This makes the LAKE ESCAPE the perfect spot for your vacation or weekend

stay.

This is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with space and comfort for the entire group.

You are in a Great Room with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops upon entering the house. The kitchen flows into the

dining area, which flows into the living room. The living room is

equipped with a television and a propane fireplace.

Adjacent to the Great Room is located three bedrooms and two baths. The

first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed to sleep three. The second

bedroom has one King Bed with a bath located conveniently just outside both

bedrooms. The third bedroom is one of the house`s two master suites, with the

bath located within the bedroom. The bath has a large shower as well as a

Jacuzzi tub.

The downstairs boasts a game room equipped with Foosball and Air Hockey

tables. Comfortable furniture arrayed in front of a Television. The laundry is

in a large closet adjacent to the game room. The second main bedroom suite is also located downstairs. It is equipped with a queen bed, a day bed, and a third bathroom.

The Trex-style deck wraps around two sides of the house with patio furniture and a gas BBQ—a great place to watch wildlife such as Deer and Turkeys who often pass through the property.

Due to limited parking space and no street parking available, we must limit your party to a total of four (4) cars.

Pine Mountain Lake Association charges a $46.00 entry fee per car. This is a one-time fee suitable for the duration of your stay.
