cove on Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. This spacious three-level

home features vaulted ceilings, modern comforts, and serene water views—just

25 miles from Yosemite National Park and steps from the lake.

Guests must wear life jackets when using watercraft

Guests are responsible for rinsing boats and boards before use

Swimming permitted up to 30 feet from the dock per Pine Mountain Lake

regulations

Winter Warning: Dock ramps and decking may be icy and slippery

Gated Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.



Parking & Accessibility

Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles

Property includes interior and exterior stairways throughout



Additional Info

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach

towels not included)

Firewood not provided

No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (including children and infants)
