Sunshine On The Beach is a beautifully appointed two bedroom apartment located at The Sands resort right next to Onetangi Beach on Waiheke Island. Sleeping a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children, this is a great option for family holidays.
The apartments elevated position offers unobstructed views of the ocean. On a clear day Great Barrier Island, Little Barrier Island and the Coronmandel peninsula can all be seen in the distance. The location is simply spectacular.
The apartment is modern and freshly decorated, with luxury touches throughout giving the apartment the feeling of a boutique hotel.
The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The second bedroom offers a split-king bed that can be separated into two single beds if required. Next to the second bedroom there is a second, smaller bathroom with shower and toilet.
The bedding was all recently replaced, with new mattresses, duvet inners and pillows. Beds are made up with crisp,white Egyptian-cotton linens. Bathrooms are supplied with extra-large bath towels and premium Forest and Bird toiletries for your comfort.
There is also a double pull-out sofa bed, which is perfect if you need extra space for the kids.
The kitchen is fresh and modern with brand new appliances and everything you need to create a gourmet meal, including a full size oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and nespresso machine.
The unit has two lounge areas, the area at the front is a sanctum of calm, with beautiful views of the ocean and a great space to relax with a glass of wine. At the other end of the apartment is a super-comfy snug area, complete with a two-seat sofa and flatscreen TV with Netflix perfect if you want to unwind with a movie at the end of the day.
High-speed internet is available throughout the unit.
