Located on the 32nd floor and facing North, Magic City! is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific water views of Biscayne Bay and views of Margaret Pace Park from its private balcony. With over 1770 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Magic City! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).
As you step into the enchanting Magic City!, you'll notice a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination located on the left.
Adjacent to this bathroom, in the front corner of the condo, you'll find the 3rd interior bedroom. Furnished with a queen-size bed and with a Roku streaming TV featuring streaming services and free TV show and movie apps. Although it lacks windows, the bedroom's ambiance makes it a haven for a peaceful slumber.
Continuing past the front entry, you'll encounter the 4th interior bedroom on the right. Although it is the smallest and lacks windows, it provides all the necessities. It features a full-size bed and is equipped with a Roku streaming TV.
The fully equipped kitchen combines style and functionality. With black marble counters, it exudes a Miami vibe. A Publix grocery store makes ingredient shopping a breeze. Having your own washer/dryer eliminates the need to take home dirty laundry. Enjoy the convenience of the kitchen and laundry facilities.
Prepare to be captivated by the dining area's centerpiece—the dining table that accommodates all six guests. Surrounding the table are sleek and modern Kartell ghost chairs, creating an effortlessly chic and contemporary atmosphere. The master bedroom in the condo is incredibly spacious and offers stunning water views from the king bed. You can also enjoy the comfort of a leopard accent chair for relaxation. It's truly a unique experience that must be seen in person. The bedroom features a 55" Roku streaming TV and two walk-in closets for storage. The balcony seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces. The private bathroom provides a spa-like atmosphere with a standalone tub and walk-in shower, perfect for a luxurious bathing experience.
Located on the opposite side of the condo, the second master bedroom suite offers a comfortable space. Featuring a king bed and a 55" Roku streaming TV, it provides all the essentials for a restful stay. Step out onto the private balcony and behold the stunning views of Margaret Pace Park and the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay. Conveniently situated within this bedroom is the second full bathroom, with a walk-in shower. This bathroom ensures your comfort throughout your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for the State of Florida. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.
Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.
Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.
BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.
AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.
VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option.
You have two choices:

-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)

- Emails for each adult.
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$400.00 monthly valet parking if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
