Every home is cleaned thoroughly with our extensive sanitation steps. The sanitation is clean to high standards by cleaning the floors, counters, sheets, vacuuming carpets, towels, bedrooms, bathrooms, appliances, etc. Once the home is clean, our inspector goes to the home and ensures everything is good condition for the next arrival. If something was detected, it will be reported to our office to be replaced or repaired upon arrival of the next guests. Our inspectors do an in-depth examination of the home. He/she examines the kitchenware, appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms, and outside pool area. He/she will also make sure the home is equipped with the necessities, for example, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels, and trash bags. The inspector didn’t report anything damaged upon your arrival. When the carpet and clean was reported we wanted to make things right.
