This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, holiday villa is all on ground level, making it a perfect holiday for families with small children and\/or guests with mobility issues that may require mobility aids.

Villa 39 is located within the Cape View Resort, at the entrance to the complex and is just a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty, City Shopping and Food Precinct

Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, modern kitchen, fans in all bedroom, ensuite bathroom to main bedroom, patio area and a outdoor alfresco with an enclosed yard for the kids to run around safely while you relax.

The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen and laundry facility. There is undercover parking and space for 2 cars. .

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
- Please be advised that the Cape View outdoor pool will be closed to guests from Monday, 28 April 2026, until late September 2026.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
