Footprints in the Sand - Busselton Central

This spacious and tastefully decorated three bedroom and two bathroom house is right in the centre of town. It is just 200 from the post office and 200 - 700 metres to the jetty, beach, river and park, CBD, hotels, restaurants and cafes, shopping, cinema, and the Butter Factory and Historical Museum. The bus station is a 100 metre walk away and a bus stop is just around the corner. Very quiet street considering its central location. Everything is so close you will love it!

THE HOUSE
The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave and DeLonghi Magnifica S coffee (bean) machine. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The second and third bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on these cool winter nights. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID.

There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy.

DOG FRIENDLY - Dogs welcome with prior arrangement. Dogs - $20 per night, per dog . Please state your dog's breed when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the bedding. They must be washed and treated for fleas before arrival.

A home away from home

This was our second visit to this place and it was as perfect as we remembered. The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach, to the shops, doctors. The house is amazing, the garden is huge! The dogs had a ball. I ended up getting sick and so spent most of the time indoors, moving from one comfy couch to another, watching Netflix and looking out of the large glass windows or sitting in the garden. At night one can hear the waves from the ocean. It was just lovely. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet house, lovely backyard

Thanks for hosting us! We had a lovely stay and our dog enjoyed the big backyard.The house was clean and well presented. Kitchen is a little rough around the edges but it had everything we needed and then some.Great location! It was very handy having the shops and foreshore walking distance away.

I booked this house for my daughter and 5 of her friends for Leavers this year and they really enjoyed their stay. The house is beautifully set up, easy walking distance to the shops, beach/jetty and also the official Leavers bus stop! Leanne is a pleasure to deal with and checked in on the girls daily. Felt like home.

This is a well kept spotless home with a massive fenced yard for the dog to run around in. It is central to the foreshore, shops, cafes & found a great op shop around the corner. Highly recommend.

Lovely well appointed property that gave us a very comfortable break.

Hello. Welcome to Busselton. I have lived here for 35 years, raised my children here, worked here, looked after my retired and elderly parents here, and now look forward to making your stay here just wonderful. I grew up in the Eastern Wheatbelt of Western Australia, and understand how important a holiday by the seaside can be for some families. Busselton has much to offer, and if you choose to travel a little you can enjoy a day in Dunsborough, Margaret River, Augusta, Nannup, Capel and Bunbury with all the region has to offer. I am easily contactable if you do need to do so. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

The house is so close to the centre of Busselton, and yet the street is quiet. The shops are conveniently located at the end of the street, a very short walk to get your groceries. I endeavour to keep the house exceptionally clean for my guests. The house has a lovely big secure yard for all your family to play too.

I fell in love with this property because of the location, the size of the back yard, and after putting my decorating touches on it I feel you could not find a better place to stay in Busselton!
