The location was great. Close walk to many restaurants, beach and pool. Pool area was well maintained. Be sure to take a beach umbrella if not flying. Provided ample supply of beach chairs. There are 4 short levels (7-8 each level) of steps to get to the condo.

We loved the location! The short walk to the beach, restaurants and bridge street was great. The place was very spacious for our family of 4. The master bedroom is huge. We also loved reading on the screened patio area.

We had a wonderful experience at this unit! It was a large space, beds were comfortable and it was beautifully decorated, clean and had beautiful views from all windows. The outside screened in porch was nice for coffee in the morning. It was a very easy short walk across to the beach and there were so many restaurants and shops to walk to. We enjoyed breakfast several mornings at the Kokonut Hut that was on the beach next to the property. The host was very attentive to questions and available at any time via text. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location

The location is perfect if you like to walk to everything like we do. Beach literally in front of you and restaurants and shops 1 min walk. 2 restaurants that are fantastic are steps from the condo.

Very nice place!

Love that we were just across the street from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our place was clean and very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

The property was very clean! There were plenty of towels! The location was amazing as we could easily get to coffee shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We did have to cross the street to get to the beach but it was still a very short walk.

Amazing vacation

We loved the beautifully renovated 2 bedroom condo that was directly across the street from the beach. We loved taking our chairs and a cocktail to watch the sunset every night and Terry was great to work with and extremely responsive.

Wonderful condo and beautiful beach

Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated condo. Loved that we were walking distance from several restaurants and shops. Perfect for our family of 4. Our first visit to Anna Maria Island, it’s truly one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve visited.

The condo was very clean and seemed newly renovated!!! The y had everything you needed to cook with and for the beach. Get away

The condo was as described and was clean on arrival. Communication was excellent from the owners and the manager of the cleaners even dropped by to ensure our satisfaction. Parking was great and location was great; beach directly across the road and plenty of good food and drinking options within walking distance. We would book again.

Easy, efficient, clean stay with convenient location and amenities

The location was great and the beach was right across the street and not as busy as the public beach down the way. Owner supplied the beach chairs which was super convenient for our family as well as the general items needed for stay such as soaps, toilet paper, etc that we didn't have to go and buy like we normally do. Again super convenient to check in and begin our vacation right away.The interior was clean and laid out very nicely and our family really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were responsive to questions throughout the week as well as before trip and letting us know option to store bags as we arrived extremely early and well before check in time later that day. The whole process was seamless and one of the best vacations we have had in a long while.

Wonderful Stay

We had a fabulous time here on AMI. The condo was conveniently located, very clean, and checked all the boxes we needed to check. The property manager was very responsive. We had some issues with the door lock keypad and the internet, but they were both quickly resolved by onsite assistance. The pool was warm and uncrowded. The only suggestions I’d make are to add blackout curtains in the bedrooms and to invest in better pillows as the ones provided are very thin. I would definitely recommend this place to friends! Thanks for a lovely stay.
