Perfect location. Amazing view. Lots of beach accessories available to use. Property really needs updating. Curtain rails kept falling down. Mould in the bathrooms. Not very clean. Bedding and pillows are very stained. Pool area needs maintenance. Weeds growing in patio. Definitely gone downhill. Have been staying at these condos for over 20 years and sadly needs updating.

Sunset terrace

Location was perfect. Would stay again simply for the location. The condo was fine, the coach seemed a little dirty as well as layers of dust on the ceiling fans. One complaint is that I called the day after we arrived and said the canopy was broken (i messaged on VRBO prior to the booking to see if this was included, and they said it was), the person I talked to on the phone said someone would return my call, we left 6 days later and I’m still waiting on that phone call.

It was great! There was only two things that were a little inconvenience, the first house keeping didn’t get done until 4:30pm even though check in was at 4:00pm. The other was the master bedroom shower has very little water pressure.

Clean upon arrival, definitely needs a few updates, couch has seen better days, great balcony but also needs updated furniture. We only needed assistance once which was taken care of immediately! A guide on using TV / Roku would have prevented call. The entire island is truly amazing!

Good and Bad

Location is great but there were a few “disappointments”: we had no lounge chairs in the locker to use on the beach. We had to go buy some at Walmart. We were only given 2 dishwasher tablets so had to wash dishes by hand after day 4. All the sleeping pillows had stains in them. Uncomfortable furniture in the living room and terrace. The condo was clean and smelled nice. We had great weather.

Beautiful Beach

Beach was phenomenal. It was convenient to have access to beach chairs, sand toys etc. Each morning we would set up our spot on beach and spend all day there. The condo was clean and had the necessities. I do think some new blankets and bedding would be helpful. Overall - we had a great time and we’re happy with our stay. We also did have an issue with the dryer and RVA was prompt and there within a couple hours to fix.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The extra trips to the RVA Office to pick up and drop off keys was very inconvenient due to the everyday stop & go traffic on Gulf of Mexico Dr. We actually encountered several stop & go traffic events during our stay. The locals tell us it's normal and everyday. The first problem we encountered at the condo was the steps. No elevator. Parking is on the ground level. So, even if you're on the 1st floor be prepared to climb some steps with your luggage and goods. The gray couch in the main room is old and worn with cushions that are flattened out and filled with tears and stains. And, it's unbelievably uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. None of the other chairs in the complex are very comfortable either. The door wall is very hard to open and the blinds do not open or close. In fact, many of the blinds are broken off and missing. So, the sunset fully engulfs the entire room. The balcony screen on the very left was torn and continued to rip more & more as we had some very windy days during our stay. There's a missing ceiling tile in the kitchen. The blinds in the main bedroom do not work. Some of the blankets in both rooms were worn and pilled with holes in them. The bathrooms are both small but OK. However, the shower heads could use an upgrade. Overall, this place looks and feels older than it should.

Exceeded expectations

Clean spacious and well appointed with all needs considered. SHould add a mention in any write about the use of the parking garage closet for storing bikes, boards, chairs and beach toys. Very convenient and helpful to have available.

This unit is uncomfortable. no padded chairs just cheap plastic. the worn kitchen cabinet doors do not close, the furnace did not work the first five days in 45 degree weather,the front screen storm door was filthy, the toilet had to be adjusted three times to stop running, the sliding glass door was very difficult to open, the furniture was worn and needed paint, stains on most bed linens,the shower door was off its track, three cheap wine glasses.. THIS OWNER DOES NOT CARE. still waiting to hear from realty company. , or owner but no one has contcted me.

Spacious place

The heat wasn’t easy to to figure out. The main bedroom bathroom did not have a good shower head. The place was spacious and very clean good view of the beach. Would have liked to have been able to move tge screens on the balcony. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Check in was horrible, but stay turned out great.

I messaged the host 4 times to make sure everything was going to be ok with our late arrival and was told our welcome packet and keys would be in the late arrival box at the office. We arrived as scheduled looked in the late arrival box and no welcome packet for us. After several calls with no answer we finally got ahold of someone who was able to get the building manager. He called me and said he could meet us at the property with the keys in 15min. I certainly appreciate him meeting us at the property but we had to wait over an hour for him to finally show up. After getting our keys the condo itself could definitely use some update (furniture especially) but the location and view is unbelievable!! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

I dont have anything negitive to say, but I will mention that it could use a few upgrades/ repair, some of the outlets do not work, the lights over the dining table do not work, and would lo4ve to see a code keyless lock on the door. Which none of the mentioned cause any problem or inconvenienced our stay!

Our favorite beach

Overall great stay and we would return again. I agree with past reviews that some things are outdated but we spent most of the time out at the beach so it didn’t matter much. Patio furniture was very uncomfortable, as well as the bed. We did appreciate all the extra towels with children this helped! Better management than Vacasa.
