Perfect location to the beach, shops, and eatery. The only downfall was the stairs. We all have hip and knee issues so the stairs weren’t the friendliest.

Great place to stay. Easy access to the ocean with just a very short walk. It was great that there were chairs and a wagon available for use on the beach. The only downfall was those stairs, as an older person it would have been a little hard for some folks but it was fine by our group. Would visit again for sure.

This place has a great location so you can get around easily. Condo has everything you need, just bring your swim suit and Sun screen. Beach is right across the street. Would recommend staying here.

We love this unit and really enjoy the proximity to the beach and downtown. If we ever had an issue or question, Terry was very responsive. The unit is supplied with beach chairs, towels, and some beach toys. We love this condo and love AMI. Thank you for a great stay.

The property was in the perfect location for everything on the island. Walking distance to most everything. I think the longest thing we had to drive to was bean point but even that wasn’t long. The pool was very nice and so was the restroom inside the pool area. There are four flights of steps to get to the unit so if you’re older it may be a little difficult but we got use to them. The wagon , chairs and umbrellas for the beach were perfect! It was nice not having to rent anything. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Over all we had a nice time and we would recommend this unit. You aren’t ocean front but from the front door you had such a pretty view of the bay to the right and if you looked to the left you could see the ocean. The beach was a very short walk across the street like most units on this side. Communication was good at anytime when we had questions. Enjoy your stay because I know we did.

Clean and beautiful property

Easy check in to this beautiful property with lovely views. Beach toys, chairs and caddy provided were helpful for our quick walk to the beach. Easy accessibility to shops and restaurants.

Great location, close to beach and Bridge St Pier area. The bay view was beautiful. Condo was clean, lots of beach supplies. Our son loved using the fishing poles!

Nice clean large condo. Pleasantly decorated fully equipped. Great pool area, and very close to the beach and restaurants. Large screened lanai but no beach view.You should be aware this condo is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Also we found the external aircon unit extremely noisy at night. Overall we found the resort excellent and we had a very enjoyable holiday.

David, Your review is confusing. You knew before you booked the property there was no view which the photos clearly depict. You knew the condo was top floor before you booked because that is the way it is advertised and you knew there was no elevator before you booked because elevators are an advertised amenity and nowhere does it state there is an elevator. This condo is in an older building with "Old Florida" charm and was very clean inside. The condo is spacious, well-stocked, and family-friendly. The condo is a short walk to the beach. I will note that you have to cross a busy street near a very busy intersection with no cross-walk to get to the beach so use caution if you are travelling with kids. But the beach is otherwise easily accessible and beautiful! We were there during a very busy spring break time but that beach area was never packed, it was so nice. The owners are very kind, responsive, communicative, and very helpful with recommendations! Our family had a wonderful, relaxing week.

Great place/location

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at GulfWatch. The place was in an ideal location with easy access to downtown, the beach, and pool. The condo came with towels, beach chairs, and a bunch of other beach amenities which our young family greatly appreciated and enjoyed! Close to Beach

This location is close to the beach and the Cortez bridge which made for quick trips into Bradenton easy. Condo had lots of room for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). This was our 7th time down to the area. We LOVE AMI!

Beach to Bay Bliss

We were impressed how well provisioned the rental was. Beach chairs, umbrellas,sand toys, as well as often overlooked items such laundry pods,dish soap, etc. Rental was also short walking distance to shops and great eating establishments. Beach also is at end of complex. Will return!

Amazing place !!!

WE LOVE IT !!! You must visit this place, the apartment was super clean, the communication was UNBELIEVABLE, very kind, nice, very professional, with so many updates and tips where to go, eating, visiting, rental, very helpful, we are going at least in 4 vacations every year, after this, we will come here more often. We felt like we are family, we never had so many updates or help from anyone anywhere. The beach is gorgeous, the water was fabulous, we've seen dolphins every morning, manatees, small turtles. We are very impressed with all the informations we got, with the best communication we had. Thank you for making our staying an amazing and memorable week.

Good Communication

We just returned from a week at this condo. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative, but we made the best of it. The condo is well stocked and if we would've been able to go to the beach, it has beach toys and things. There were a few mishaps during our stay (internet/cable going out, and dishwasher being broken), but those were quickly fixed within 48 hours. The area is still recovering, but we were happy to bring some business to the local places.There were quite a few stairs which was kind of difficult with young children and luggage.
