Im Inneren sorgen zahlreiche bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichende Fenster zum Meer, ein Flachbild-TV und ein Gaskamin für großartige Stunden mit Familie und Freunden. Am Esstisch und an der Frühstückstheke können neun Personen Platz finden steht der gut ausgestatteten Küche gegenüber. Absolutely wonderful place. Have to walk a couple blocks to gain access to the beach but that is how it usually is in Lincoln City, so still would give it a big beach access thumbs up. And, the view from the deck to the ocean is wonderful. Always so great to work with. Do wish they'd have a "cheat-sheet" for the four remotes to give an idea how to work the tv. But, we're not there to watch much tv anyway, so not a real issue.

Gorgeous oceanfront view! The hot tub on the deck was inoperable. The home was comfortable but not as clean as it could have been. There was no kitchen or laundry soap.

This property was amazing and I definitely want to go back! My only disappointment was I had sent a message asking if late check out was an option and got zero reply, which felt bad. Even a response saying "no" would have been appreciated. 10am check out is pretty early for the price we paid. But regardless it was lovely and despite communication concerns I'll probably go back!

Absolutely wonderful. Big area for all to get comfy and visit. Deck large enough for everyone to enjoy the ocean. Kitchen could not be any better stocked! Only main level living so 96 yr old didn't have to maneuver stairs was a bonus not usually available anywhere in Lincoln City.

I'd highly recommend it for family with seniors. Great space to get around. All one floor so no stairs to maneuver. That is hard to come by in homes with that fantastic oceanfront!

best views in town

We had a great time. Loved the whole property, the house was fully loaded with everything you could need. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and spectacular views. Biggest bonus though was getting to bring our dogs with us, and the fully fenced yard.

Wonderful place

Just 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to the casino. Wonderful living room gathering area and deck with plenty of chairs to enjoy ocean views. Wonderfully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and pots you'd need. Recommend it!

North End Gem

Wonderful house on the north end or Lincoln city. Easy access to beach, stores, restaurants, and more. We stay in a lot of rentals, this was by far one of the most comfortable and best stocked ones we’ve seen. The beds and sofa were all very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space.

AMAZING VIEWS!

Absolutely wonderful place for a gathering of family with lots of livingroom and outside deck seating and amazing views of the ocean. Single story good for seniors, but the 3-4 block (uphill partway) walk to the beach would not be very accommodating for those with any walking issues. Other than that, cannot say more about the wonderful place!

Summer trip

Could use a good dusting & mopping. Some things could probably be replaced kitchen wise. We would go back to this house for the location plus having the fenced yard for our pup was great!

Awesome house but don’t book through VRBO

House has fantastic location and short walk to the beach. Open concept great for toddler and two dogs. Yard is amazing for the dogs! The house was just a little dirty for $5k for 5 nights. Highly recommend NOT using VRBO for booking due to all the additional fees. Go through Meredith Lodging

We love the house, our 2nd time here. However, the hot tub needs better maintenance. We went in at night and couldn't see the color of the water. The next day a friend's older child went in when we invited them over and we all noticed the disgusting color of the water and the chlorine float was empty! We called the manager and someone came out the next day to clean it. We were just hoping no one got sick or developed rashes. There is no excuse for this and kept us from using the tub for 2 days! Hot tub guy said they were quite short-handed. Also, the garbage outdoor can was overflowing when we arrived. Again, a call to management said it'd be taken care of the next day. It never was until the day we left. If it is picked up on Mondays and we arrived on a Wednesday, hard to believe it could be that full after 2 days! (maybe?) Idk if you have weekly pick up but during this time of year you surely need it. Considering we paid 3x more for this house than we did two years ago, we shouldn't have to deal with these sort of issues! We do love the house though. We had 6 adults and a newborn. It was perfect for us. Great kitchen and we love all the furniture and space in the living room. Throw rug can be a tripping hazard.

I'm very sorry the hot tub and trash service fell short during your stay. We'll be tightening our hot tub protocols with our technicians to prevent this from happening again. We will also determine why the trash service did not collect the cans on Monday and remind housekeeping to check this during each clean. Terrific Getaway Near Beach Access

We really enjoyed the amenities of the house - probably the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. The house is on a cliff that overlooks the beach, where we saw whales, kite surfers and boats every day. The little kids enjoyed some of the games and I would say it's a safe home for little ones if you block off the stairs to the deck. Nice walk to the beach access. Very near Safeway and the all-important taffy stores. Would stay again.
