Parking areas and garage configurations are determined by the property's Homeowners Association (HOA), and unfortunately, Elliott Beach Rentals does not have control over those accommodations. We sincerely apologize for the multiple issues you encountered during your stay — from the cleanliness concerns and maintenance problems to the unexpected water outage. This is certainly not the level of quality or comfort we strive to provide our guests. We’re especially sorry about the oversight with the dirty towel, mold in the bathroom, and lack of cleaning under the beds — these are unacceptable and have already been addressed with our housekeeping team. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the broken appliance handles, missing TV remote, and water service interruption. While some of these matters were outside our immediate control, we take full responsibility for how they impacted your stay. We’re actively working to resolve each of the issues you brought to our attention to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to light.
