Jede Einheit enthält eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Dieses Gerät befindet sich im 10. Stock, Einheit 1007 und verfügt über einen Master mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und eigenem Bad mit Glastüren zum Balkon mit Blick auf den Ozean. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 hat ein brandneues Queen-Size-Bett und Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 hat 2 Einzelbetten.

Das Waterpointe 1 befindet sich im ruhigen, familienfreundlichen Teil Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach und verfügt über einen beheizten Innenpool, einen Whirlpool, einen Außenpool, einen Kinderbecken im Freien, einen Grillbereich mit Picknicktischen und zwei Sonnendecks. Die geräumige Lobby ist mit Sitzbereichen, Tischen, Stühlen und Fernseher ausgestattet. Wir sind weniger als eine Meile von Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, dem House of Blues und dem Bi-lo-Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt. Nur 3 km von Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall und vielem mehr entfernt !!!

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had all of the amenities mentioned in the online listing, and the location was close to everything: restaurants, shopping, and especially, the beach. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Will likely be back!

Loved the location and convenience of the facility. Right on the beach, parking no issue and management was awesome.

If you are looking for something on the beach and still close to everything else Waterpoint l is the place. Easy access to beach, unit was very spacious and parking had no issues. Loved they had bathroom access for guest in the lobby from the beach and pool area. Will definitely book again there.

Huge and comfortable condo

Great beach views, warm indoor pool and hot hottub. Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Quiet beach and neighborhood. Best of all...Happy Crab is the best management company.

We LOVE this apartment!!

This was our second vacation in this apartment. So close to our favorite restaurants and shopping, but probably the thing we love best about his place is the double reclining sofa where we can relax and, with the patio door ajar, we can hear the mesmerizing sounds of the ocean. Such a wonderful place for an R&R vaca....

Bonus North Myrtle Beach Long Week-end August

My husband and 2 adult sons stay for 4 day week-end. Perfect location, Clean, Great Views with Balcony and no complaint of price! Lots of extras in kitchen if you need. It is older condo- But well maintained by owners. We would definitely stay here again. Only regret it went to quickly!!

Great location in North Myrtle!

Great location in North Myrtle, right across from Barefoot and close to the outlets and a lot of great restaurants. 20 mins to Broadway and 45 mins to the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet, this 3 bedroom unit has a very well stocked kitchen. Closet/storage space is extremely limited but water pressure was great and Randy and Debbie were kind and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth and parking was always available for our two cars. No lifeguard in front of the property but are close on either side. Thank you for such a great stay!

Quiet relaxing winter nreak

It was a wonderful experience, we normally go away anytime between 12/25 - 01/15. The weather is usually in the 60's. We enjoyed our stay, we walked on the beach, ate good food, read, did a little art work and slept. Just what we were expecting. The hotel also provides entertainment. which helps everyone socialize. However this is optional. The hotel is well situated, right across from Barefoot Landing. The only thing I would say on the negative side would be the beds. The mattresses very soft. Apart from, that everything was Superb.

Great Views!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The bedrooms were smaller than they looked in the pictures, but really, you are ON the beach... who cares about the bedroom? The balcony is really small - we thought since we were a corner unit, we would have more space, but it was the opposite, however, again, we were ON the beach... all we had to do was go outside and our toes were in the sand. The unit is dated, but clean, and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Randy & Debbie were very easy to communicate with, and, when, at check in we had a couple questions/concerns, they responded IMMEDIATELY, and in person! I would definitely rent from them again! All in all a great place to spend some time.

Thank you for the detailed review and happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Despite our best attempts of having accurate photos unless you know the layout when looking it is sometimes hard to determine sizes of rooms and in this case the balcony. One of the downsides of this platform is the inability to have a conversation with the manager or owner prior to making your selection. And thanks for mentioning the unit was clean, that is one of our top priorities and you see in mentioned in many of our reviews. As for dated, remodeling is a progression. Last year the owner remodeled the kitchen and next project for fall or spring is the bathrooms. Have a great fall and hope to see you again in the future.

Perfect location

This property was a little smaller than expected but overall the location to shopping and restaurants, beautiful views and ease of access to the beach made up for it. The condo was very clean and fully stocked. We never waited too long for the elevators. It was wonderful to just walk straight out onto the beach. Both pools were clean and well maintained. The kitchen has been updated and the living room was comfortable. The bathrooms are a little dated (I think upgrades are coming in the future). The bedroom with the twins was very small but there was adequate storage under the beds for our clothes. Our mattress (not the master) should be replaced although I think it said it was new, maybe it had been switched to the master at some point. The balcony was small but it offered great views and a constant breeze. Great place for reading! Parking was always available in the lot across the street. We needed more towels during our stay and the owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here.
