Inside you will enjoy a light and bright home with décor that has been procured to provide the perfect blend of comfort and style. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and two more on the top floor. Outside, you can soak in the private hot tub and relax in the sheltered courtyard after days spent exploring the countless beauties of the Oregon Coast.

This home enjoys an unbeatable Pacific City location, with the sandy beach right outside the back door. Take a scenic stroll along the shoreline to the famous Pelican Brewing half a mile north, and continue your post-lunch explorations among Cape Kiwanda's dunes, tidepools, hiking trails, and viewpoints. When you're not surfing or strolling, you can check out the renowned Three Capes Scenic Drive or head 22 miles south to shop in Lincoln City.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
