Welcome to Ski Vista! A stylish condo near the Canyons ski resort. Find yourself in a suburban community while still being near all of Park Cities amenities with ski resorts, fine dining, biking and shopping all around!
Conveniently nestled near the slopes the Ski Vista is just a 10 minute walk to the Canyons cabriolet and a plethora of trails are just outside your front door. Relax after a day of world class skiing in this beautifully furnished chic condo.
THE SPACE
Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests! Enter the polished open living space with giant view windows and a warming fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and a dining bar for 4 has all the comforts of home. Just off the kitchen are both the master and guest bedrooms with a stacked washer and dryer in between. The master bedroom has its own small en-suite bathroom, and there is a second guest bathroom right next to the guest bathroom.
THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is stocked with a fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker/Keurig machine combo, toaster, blender, crockpot, utensils, cookware, crockery, and a wine cooler. There is also a dining bar with seats for 4.
THE LIVING ROOM
The living room has a sofa bed, a Smart TV equipped with cable, a fireplace, and a small study desk.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is equipped with a large view window, queen sized bed, Roku TV, private bathroom, and a closet.
GUEST BEDROOM
The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a closet, and a Roku TV.
MASTER BATHROOM
The master bathroom is found in the master bedroom, which has a hair dryer, and a bathtub with a shower.
GUEST BATHROOM
The guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom. Inside is a hair dryer and a bathtub with shower.
PATIO
Through a sliding door just off the living room is a small patio with outdoor furniture for 4.
PARKING
Guests will park behind the unit in a non-covered parking lot and may plan on parking a maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking is on a first-come-first serve basis.
THE COMMUNITY
The community in this area is a well maintained neighborhood with a suburban feel while being right next to one of Utah’s greatest mountain resorts. It is a short 10 minute walk to the Canyons cabriolet, a 10 minute drive to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 10 minutes to the Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort.
Located just over a mile from the I-80 freeway making travel to and from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City a cinch. It is also just over a mile away from the shops and amenities in Kimball Junction - oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles front he Park City Outlets with Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s and more!

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
