Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace make it feel bright and cozy, and the covered balcony with a gas grill is perfect after a day outside. With a king suite and a big family bedroom, it sleeps up to eight, and the Red Pine clubhouse is just a 3-minute walk away.

The kitchen has stone counters and GE stainless appliances, including a five-burner gas range and a fridge with water and ice, plus bar seating for six and both Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Red Pine Clubhouse
The Red Pine clubhouse is open in both winter and summer, just a 3-minute walk from the condo. On a ski day, take a dip in the heated outdoor pool, soak in the outdoor hot tub while the snow falls, or warm up in the indoor hot tub and dry sauna.
In summer the whole community comes alive with two outdoor pools and a wading pool for the little ones, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the dry sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball, horseshoes, and shady picnic and play areas.

Clubhouse Hours
Winter (Friday after Thanksgiving to the 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Summer (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day): 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Spring & fall: The clubhouse closes for maintenance from the 2nd weekend of April until the Friday before Memorial Day, and from the day after Labor Day until Thanksgiving. Hours, opening dates and amenities are set by the community and may change.

Location
Walk about 7 minutes to the Canyons Village base area for lifts, restaurants, shopping and free summer concerts, or request the free on-demand shuttle in winter. The Canyons Transit Center is 0.4 miles away, with free buses to Kimball Junction, Deer Valley and Historic Main Street. The new Canyons Village Skyway gondola, set to open for the 2026–27 season, will add a mid-station near Silverado Lodge, a short walk from the Red Pine community.
