The resort itself is good the lobbys are clean the pool areas are not spectacular but they’re ok. Parking is across the street so checking in is rough with everyone trying to check in at the same time and they don’t allow you to use empty spaces in the owners garage to unload (which is understandable just rough when so many people are trying to unload in the 3-4 designated spots. My biggest issue was with the cleanliness of the actual condo itself. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were filthy inside and out. I had to wash the entire silverware holder plus all of the silverware and wipe out the drawer just so I could use any of it. They need more silverware in general and it was of very poor quality. The bathrooms were dirty as well sand and dirt in all the tubs/showers from the previous quests. The linen service was dropped off in a big blue bag with nothing labeled so we had to guess which sheets fit which beds. Not a huge deal but irritating none the less. I’d assume the comforters don’t get washed ever since everything else wasn’t very clean and there didn’t appear to be back ups in any locked closets. There are no bath mats provided and none come with the linen package either making it slippery when getting out and they don’t issue enough towels to use one of those in each bathroom. Also no hand towels in the kitchens. This place needs a deep clean ASAP

We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the condo did not meet our standards. The concerns you described regarding the kitchen cabinets and drawers, silverware, bathrooms, tubs, and showers should have been addressed before your arrival. We will share your comments with our housekeeping team and the property owner for review and corrective action. Regarding the parking and unloading process, parking arrangements and the use of designated unloading areas are determined by the property's building management/HOA. We understand that the limited unloading spaces can be frustrating during busy check-in periods. The linen package and items provided with the rental are outlined in the rental agreement and property information prior to arrival. We understand your comments regarding the organization of the linens and appreciate the suggestion. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a cleaner and more comfortable experience in the future.

Extremely dirty

Property was awful, we spent 3 hours cleaning before we could even unpack. One shower was not even usable. Needed lots of updates. I can say the office manager at the front desk was extremely nice and the did refund some of our money back. Over all I would try to stay again just because of the manger..
