We really loved this condo, the best experience we have had. The owners of the condo are amazing, they communicate really fast when you reach out to them. The pool and hot tubs are wonderful. I highly recommend them to book a stay with. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo my kids loved it so much can’t wait to book my next stay with yall next year.

The property is nice and a perfect location. The property is described as is. Only small complaint was the internet did not work really well. Not a big issue for us but could be for others. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Great place to stay. Our family has rented this condo 3 years straight and love it. Walking distance to beach, Molly Darcys restaurant, beach store, ice-cream and more. Dont hesitate to stay here you will love it.

Wonderful condo, great location

Very clean, kitchen nicely furnished, plenty of room with 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Easy access to pool and beach. Owners closet full of beach toys, chairs, etc. We loved it and would definitely come back. Owners were wonderful to communicate with us.

Best place for family in North Myrtle Beach!

Delightful stay! Lots of room for family and friends! Condo as described. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful views from the balcony. Close to elevator. Great pools. Easy access to the beach. Price point was excellent . Would definitely rent this condo again next year!

Enjoyed our stay

Owners are fantastic. Responded quickly to a concern. Would suggest that he cleaning crew vacuum under furniture. Food and clothes from previous renters still there.

Short getaway.

Balcony view was prefect. Location great. Condo had everything we needed. Could use some updated furniture. Loved the fact that i could straight to the condo and didnt have to check in. Elevators were fast and convenient.

Family Vacation - for 14

Plenty of room for Grandpa, Grandma, 2 sons their wives and 8 grandkids. Big table and seating at bar for meals. Good location not far from shopping, restaurants and other activities. Handicap beach access right next door. Great to have washer and dryer with 8 kids under 12.

Great views and spacious condo

We had a wonderful time and plenty of room at this condo for our two families including four adult children. The location was perfect and safe, and the beach area was wonderful. The pictures accurately represent the condo. I highly recommend renting umbrellas and chairs as they are set up and torn down for you each day, as well as securing your spot on the beach. The only minor complaint from our group was no patio cushions on the outdoor furniture and smoke detectors going off, which the owners explained could be needing new batteries and they will remedy. This was a great home base for us and we would definitely return!

Thank you for your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay. The issue with the smoke detectors have been resolved. Seems the air conditioning unit was not working at full capacity which was allowing the humidity to set off the detectors. This issue has been resolved. When it gets very hot and humid here at the beach the detectors are very sensitive to the humidity and it can set them off. We ask guests to keep the AC set between 70 and 73 to help offset this as well as to keep all doors and windows closed to keep the humidity out.

Comdo.was nice as described. It was excellent on all ways exxcept check in. Was promised at 3 but condo.had not been cleaned. Forced to.stand in hallwaynfor.an hour before condo.was.ready.

Glad you enjoyed the condo. Sorry about the cleaning delay that was encountered. I spoke with the owner of the cleaning service about this. The crew that was cleaning our condo at that time has been replaced with another crew and the condo has been getting cleaned on time, Thank you for considering our condo for your vacation needs.

Cresant Shores

Security is very organized during check in. We've never seen anything like this. Room 906S could use a serious cleaning. Black mold in master shower! Bathtub faucet has a continuous leak, dishwasher doesn't close properly, living room floor needs cleaned, and clothes were left in dresser drawers. Kitchen needs new pots and pans and could use a spatula or 2, toaster barely works on 1 side. This unit has the potential to be really nice, but it's the little things that will stop us from coming back.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry you found some things lacking. The leak that the guests mentioned was not brought to our attention during their stay. If it had we would have immediately had it fixed. The guests who came in behind them did inform us and we had the plumber out to repair it the next day. The condo is cleaned after each rental and the guests who have stayed here before these guests have told us how clean the unit was. I am sorry about the clothes that were left behind. A previous guest unfortunately must have forgotten them. We will have our cleaning service look into the shower and living room rug. This is the first we are hearing anything about this. No one who has stayed here since these guests have said anything about these things. The dishwasher was recently serviced and is working fine. The door just needs a little push to close. It has always been that way. We are purchasing more spatulas and a new toaster. The kitchen is very well stocked and we will look into the pots and pans condition. We are continuously replacing and adding things as needed. We work hard to keep the condo as up to date as possible. Thank you to those considering our condo.

Very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! The location was great. We loved the option of pool side or walking out to the beach and ocean. There is a cute little ice cream shop within walking distance as well as a mini mart and bargain beach shop. The parking garage was nice to have and not having to worry about parking or paying to park. The owners are super quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was very roomy for our group. We had 7 adults and a toddler. Beautiful views from the balcony. I don’t think I would have wanted to be any lower or higher as far as floors. It was perfect. The elevators were quick and rarely had to wait for one. My only complaint would have to be the carpet in the living room. I think it needs a deep clean or considered to be replaced. I know being beach front carpet probably isn’t going to stay clean between sand and water being carried in from the pool or ocean but we didn’t like walking on it barefoot. The storage closet outside the condo could be organized or cleaned but nothing that would keep me from staying here again!

Thank you for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Since these guests stayed here the outside storage closet was cleaned out and organized. More room is in there now. Unfortunately some broken items and trash was left behind by previous guests. We have seen the carpet in the living room and master bedroom and are planning on replacing them in the upcoming off season. Thank you for considering our condo for your vacation needs.
